Citizens is a horrible bank all around. Endless fees, subpar technology, understaffed in bank resources. The theme is pay and wait, wait and pay. I can't think of a worse bank in America

I had such a lovely experience at this bank today. I literally walked in and asked the teller “how do I do this? I haven’t been in a bank in years.” Honestly, I do all my banking online and it was just a very nice human experience. I told them I was going on vacation and needed lots of small bills and another teller told me to get $2 bills because the Caribbean bartenders love to be tipped with them! The manager came out and helped order me a new debit card. Everyone was all smiles and super helpful. A+ customer service, all banking should be a delightful part of the day and not a dreaded errand!!

Each experience has been welcoming. Employees are helpful and very easy to work with. There's a parking lot behind the bank which is a necessity during the summer months. Other locations have also offered good experiences. Definitely recommend Citizens over a recent experience at another bank.

This bank is wonderful. Same, friendly tellers, managers always available to help and answer any questions. Great community bank.
