great location but no draft beer available on a beautiful sunny day. Blocked off access to car park to force customers to use valet parking. Another example of the greed I have seen in the USA with price gouging everywhere. outdoor chairs were wet and nobody from the staff even considered drying them.

Fantastic lunch at the Inn. The food was just wonderful. Mussels, fish tacos, clam chowder, and a great shrimp and rice dish. The views with sailboats, yachts, and commercial ships were breathtaking.
Nearby activities: 7 main rooms available as well as 23 other cabanas and rooms, right on the beach. Tour the mansions on Ocean drive that belonged to the richest Americans of the 1890's, as well. As quaint shops in Newport.

Absolutely incredible experience! Everything is perfect starting from location, friendly staff, great food and stunning views! The stay at Castle Hill becomes a lifetime memory and would absolutely come back next year!

Valeted my car for a wedding at Castle Hill with Perfection Valet Parking (3rd party valet service hired by Castle Hill). When the car was returned, the car had been clearly hit and damage was done to my car (pictures attached). Castle Hill and Perfection Valet answered in a thread of emails and to my insurance that no damage was done to my car under their care. Castle Hill's insurance also claimed they don't provide Valet Services which is actually laughable. You can see those responses from them and from my legal advice (pictured below). Perfection Valet also states(which is pictured below) "Castle Hill offers Lighthouse Parking for self parks that is mixed into our valet cars. That being said, the lot next to the entrance at Castle Hill should be for self park cars strictly."
The valet service they hire are known for doing this under a past company name called Valet Connection (look them up if you’re reading this) and just renamed their company to Perfection Valet. Not good people who have a history of accidents and taking no accountability. Be aware if they are valeting your car! My insurance is extremely confident they will win this case in arbitration, so it is funny neither Castle Hill or Perfection Valet want to do the right thing from the start and save face.

We went there to celebrate my wife's Dad who had just passed away because he used to like it there. I bought 3 Tito bloody Mary's and it was $56.70 and there was no booze in them. The bartender poured them under the bar so no one could see. I've been going there 30+ years - not the same anymore.

We had lunch there. The lobster rolls were super good and the service was friendly and impeccable. The view from the terrace is really very pretty. We had a great time there
It is best to reserve for the terrace, but there are Adirondack chairs on the lawn accessible without reservation

As a wedding photographer - I work at a lot of venues and CHI is my fav! Obviously the view and grounds are amazing and photo-perfection but the real game changer is the staff and service level. HIGHLY RECOMMEND asking to work with Jackie, Catherine, Erinn or Emily for events - they are the best of the best!

The hostes who showed us to our table was not accommodating when I requested an umbrella table because I was having hotflashes from where we were goingnto be seated. She did not even try to look for an alternative table, even if we could see numerous available tables. In addition, all the four dishes we ordered were consistently salty, wven thr vegetables. For the $400 we paid for, only the view was half worth it!
