Amazing service. They are constantly on top of things and keeping you updated. They will deal with rentals, insurance, etc on your behalf. It most important they did an excellent job on the vehicle.

My new car was damaged in a shopping center parking lot while I was shopping inside. Hit and run. The kind of thing that ruins your day. After reality hit, the question in my mind was where to take it to be repaired. So many places advertised, but are they all the same?
My new car dealer recommended Carl’s Collision Center in Newport. They had great things to say about their work and integrity. Still skeptical, I took my car there to have the damage appraised and get a feel of the place. From the start, I was impressed. The cleanliness of the facility and the friendly no pressure interaction with Cameron and Mike, two collision repair experts, put me at ease.
Pictures of the damage were taken and the repair process was explained in detail. A free written estimate was sent to me. While there, I was impressed by the quality of workmanship put into a couple of cars I looked at that were waiting to be picked up by customers. No evidence of prior damage and all were shined up like new! It sealed the deal for me.
I made the appointment to bring my car in. It was a good decision. When repairs were complete it looked absolutely new again. The paint color was a perfect match. The car was cleaned inside and out. Even the windows! It looked as nice as the day I drove it off the dealer’s lot.
I’m comfortable knowing that if an unfortunate situation presents itself again, Carl’s Collision Center will be there for me.

Recently my Beloved Maserati was Rear Ended in a Parking Lot causing Damage to the Bumper... I was having a Hard time deciding who to Trust with the Repair. I read some Reviews of various Collision Companies and decided to go with Carl's! From the moment I called and Spoke with Michael I knew I made the Right Choice.. I brought the Car down and Michael came out and assessed the situation.. He Immediately Assured me He could replace the Bumper.. Make sure the Sensors worked Correctly and they could Color Match it to Maserati Specs! In addition he provided me with a pretty exact estimation of the time line to finish the work.. I agreed and gave him a Deposit to begin the proceedings.. Cameron then got involved and reassured me everything was proceeding as scheduled.. I dropped the Maserati off this past Monday and Cameron said he believed the work would be completed no later than Thursday because I told him I needed it by this Weekend! To my Great Surprise Cameron called me at 11:30 on Wednesday and said it was ready to be picked up.. Upon arrival I checked out the Bumper and it looked Brand New with Absolutely No Sign of Color degradation whatsoever! In addition they totally detailed the Vehicle Inside and Out like Showroom Condition! I Highly Recommend using Carl's Collision to Anyone who needs Repair Work! Incredible Work.. Reasonable Prices and Excellent Communication!

I would give Carl’s 6 stars if i could. Mike was extremely communicative and very easy to work with- he even smoothed out my interactions with my insurance company. My car came back looking better than it did before it went in for a significantly lower cost than I expected. This place is a class act.

I had them install new door hinges when my driver's door was sagging. They were honest, fair prices, communicated well, did the work quicker than planned, and even gave me a ride to the naval base where I work. The only negative was that I had to wait almost a month for an appointment in November 2033.

Only great things to say about Carl's Collision! I had someone hit my car and needed a repair shop that took their insurance to get it fixed. From the start, Michael was amazing to work with and made the entire process easy and seamless. He informed me every step of the way and I trusted he was taking great care of my car. I got it back in pristine condition and spotless! Would highly recommend to anyone needing repairs on their vehicle. Great experience!

I got hit on my front, driver's side tire. Carl's Collision, and in particular Michael, were b amazing thought-out the process of repairs. My insurance company was difficult and they fought for me and for the repairs the entire way through. They were very communicative and polite. Before, during, and after the repairs they were very specific about what they were doing and never once talked down to me or "dumbed" things down.I would highly recommend Carl's Collision to anyone looking to have work done on their car. I'm exceedingly happy with the experience.

The whole team at Carl’s is great. They go out of their way to minimize the disruption a car accident can cause. They handled everything with the insurance company, helped with rental arrangements, and were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. They have perfected old-fashioned customer service. In addition, my vehicle was returned looking brand new. They even buffed out an unrelated scratch and took off adhesive left behind by a sticker. They really went above and beyond.Services: Painting
