It has a CVS (a very nice one), a small grocery store, a sushi place, dig grooming and a couple other unremarkable stores. You also have to pay to park to go to a CVS and grocery store? The first 15 minutes are free and then it's $6 an hour I believe. Some of the stores can validate. It's nothing special but if you need CVS and a small grocery store that carries stuff like Whole Foods, then I guess visit it.

While the price of parking in their fantastic lot is steep, amazing sushi next door to a jam packed CVS makes the trip worthwhile (as long as they comp your parking)

visited summer 2023This is a pretty nice shopping area. Expect the prices much higher than other areas, but the selection is on par with other shopping in the area. The businesses will be a little difficult to find because they all look the same.This shopping center has groceries, pet supplies, and lots more. May go again.

Nice variety of shops and stores in Newport. There is a CVS on one end and a grocery store on the other.
I didn't really pay attention to what was in between.
There is a 2 hour validation, otherwise you pay foe above that.
There is street parking if you can find it. I went in the off season. I can only imagine how difficult parking is during the high season.
Clean and modern.
