This place is just fantastic! We plan to come back and bring some friends next time to share this experience with them. The wife and I have come here spur of the moment after our wedding day just to get away. Quaint, quiet, great location. Breakfast is pretty good as well!

My fiance & I stayed here as a last minute spur of the moment trip. We were looking for a nice quiet place with a jacuzzi tub in the room and that's exactly what we got! We stayed in the king size room with a jacuzzi tub & fireplace. The rooms are SO clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable, service was great and staff is beyond polite!! We stayed for 2 nights, both mornings we ordered breakfast from their menu which was absolutely delicious. They are pet friendly which I love as well as very family/kid friendly. It felt so homey!! The location is great, 5-10 minutes from the water, if that. Great sit down restaurants around, pizza places, fast food. We also went to the movie theater 5 minutes from the Inn which was also great! This was the first B&B experience we've had and I'm so glad we found this hidden gem of a place! We'll absolutely be back ☺️

The website and booking process was easy. The location is close to everything. Our room was very spacious. The Inn was well kept and the owners and staff made us feel very much at ease, which we very much needed.

Had a really great stay! Large clean rooms, very comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast ? Room temp was a bit warm and no thermostat in the room so had to open windows and use fan.

What a delightful spot for a Newport getaway. The accommodations are immaculate and tastefully decorated. The public areas are welcoming with a colorful,hip vibe. The cooked to order hot breakfast, accompanied by delicious homemade treats , really hit the spot. We loved the location,a quiet side street within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants on Broadway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely return.

We stayed in October 2023 and had a room in the main house. This is a beautiful home located within a short distance of just about all places of interest in Newport. The room was maintained spotlessly. The breakfast was delicious and prepared promptly for our selected time each morning. The staff was polite and attentive, and they provided every little extra touch to make the experience as good as it could be. Even if you stroll in at midnight, there's still snacks, spirits and coffee available. I've stayed at a bunch of B&Bs, and this one rates right up there with the best. Great value for the money, too!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this B&B. The self check in was super easy and the communication was top notch. We stayed in the room with fireplace jacuzzi and private deck and it was perfect. Everything was very clean, the bed was so comfortable, and the jacuzzi was a nice touch. Breakfast was also amazing and we had it in our room on our private deck every morning.I loved the property and all the small touches they had to make it feel comfortable. I would 100 percent recommend staying here over the bigger hotels.

First time here and it was wonderful. Super clean rooms, pleasant and gracious owners and magnificent breakfast. Location is outstanding and within walking distance to town and park. Highly recommend! ❤️

This weekend was the second time we stayed at the BTI with our Labrador retriever. It was excellent, as always! Morgan & Cassandra go out of their way to make sure every detail is thought of (dog sheet, towel, treats and extra potty bags). Love the gluten free pancakes at breakfast, too! Thank you Morgan, Cassandra & Zoya for a wonderful stay! We can’t wait to come back!Walkability: Quick walk to Broadway or 10-15 min walk to Thames St!

Beech Tree Inn and Cottage, Newport RII chose this Inn as a surprise getaway for my wife and myself for our 14th Wedding Anniversary GetawayWow ! I must say this was the most wonderful and joyful lodging we have ever experienced! Our room was regal and comforting, the Jacuzzi was exhilarating and soothing.The service and homemade breakfast was very warm, accomodating for all of our wishes and more, just like a dream home. Thank you for welcoming us into your home!It was perfection ! From our cozy inviting.toom, the customer service and hominess of being in a bed and breakfast in a regular quiet neghborhood with fireplace, super comfy bed that felt like we were sleeping on a cloud, a large bathroom with his and hers vanity sinks, a with dual shower heads and even a boudet and the crowning reason for my choice, a full sized personal jacuzzi, plus the bonus of home made breakfast every morning. Delicious! It was a simple yet very delicious choices, Served to order in the general dining room. You could choose a set range of time between 8am to 10:30amThe Inn has a warm and homey sitting room to read or chat with other guests.The room and common areas are tastefully and beautifully decorated, with a beach theme, also had off street parking space for each roomThe Inn also sent a welcome letter link that welcomed us, explained house rules, checkin in and parking but also listed recommendations for local actvities and restaurants! Thebinn is close to the beach and within minutes of most Newport Attactions!I advise anyone who is traveling to Newport RI and loves romantic, bed and breakfast lodging and want a greater lodging experience that any hotel could ever facilitate, I highly tecckmeny you biik a room the Beech Tree Inn and Cottage, it is no wonder is why they book so quickly !We loved that the Inn now has contactless check in... You just book the room, and when you park, u send pic of your driver's license and license plate, then they send you the code to get in the house and your room code....In our case our room was ready at 2pm, but we were still site seeing unti about 3:30pm so the manager Irena had texted our house and room codes ahead of time. She was very caring and kept her word to accomdaye my room requests because I called a few times to make sure what type of room we were getting. Thank you and your wonderful staff! Nice quite neighborhood but close to all attractions. Clean updated rooms with all the amenities. Breakfast was casual with your choice of foods.
