Great shop. Been a customer since 2012, I brought my car by after being told by another shop I’d need a new exhaust system that would cost me a few thousand. I told the owner Steve and he solved my issue with a new clamp that cost me $50Ive brought 5 different cars to him over the years. The office is very friendly and accommodating. Was over an hour away from my home when I ended up getting a flat tire. Luckily they were very close to me and I was able to drive my car to them. They were all awesome and helped me quickly, thank you for your kindness and help! God bless

My car wouldn’t go into gear & transmission fluid & radiator fluid were leaking out I called & Melissa said to have it towed there & Steve & his employees had it up & running within a week at a reasonable priceI would definitely recommend Steve to anyone looking for a decent professional trustworthy mechanic …I also need back brakes so I’ll be bringing it back in Next week & I made an appt for my dads truck to get it inspected !!Thank you Beacon Automotive! You have my vote !

Highly recommended! Very responsive and friendly staff. Much cheaper then quotes with dealer and back their inspections up with video too! Everyone I've tried to make the recommendation for service already knew about this place. Could not find a bad review anywhere!

Happy to write another 5-star review for Beacon. I have an old vehicle (2006) so a couple repairs throughout the year isn't unusual for me. I've been going to Beacon since I moved to Newport 3 years ago and they always do a great job. They never try to sell me something I don't need and they always fix the problem. Friendly and fair in their pricing. I won't go anywhere else!

Steve and his guys are some of the best mechanics around if not the best, they are very prompt and courteous and is not the type of shop to oversell you on parts that you don't need, they won't gouge you on labor and they are extremely knowledgeable.

Incredibly friendly and honest. They will tell you what needs to be fixed and what you can hold off on. I completely trust them. Update. They did my brakes and they are beautiful now.
