There’s a great selection of Lilly clothing, and I love that signature stores have sale racks!
It’s a shame to see so many negative reviews about the return policy and the sales associates. The policy is clearly posted at the register and around the store. And while the girl at the register was not wearing Lilly, she was kind and helpful.
I was happy to shop here and snagged a couple of new dresses!

Millie and Savannah were the two salespeople working when I was shopping. They were both exceptional and very helpful! I highly recommend asking for either of them, if you are looking to pull together an outfit!

Store was organized and workers were extremely helpful. I swear they have a dress for every occasion in the store. My go to store when needing an outfit for a nicer event!

*Edited* since my first shopping trip, I was in search for the Rosia Caftan that has been sold out, and they had it in my size. Purchased, shipped and delivered with two days. I didn’t realize there was a GWP that I missed since I ordered the day before it started, they sent it to me anyways. Thank you so much.

I usually don’t leave a review but I had to after reading some of these. I was in the store on 8/18. The two sales ladies were dressed in Lilly and they were very nice! I tried on a few things and purchased them. Right at the register there is an 8x10” frame with their return policy. It is a small store but it’s clean, well organized, and well stocked. I’ll be back!

Super helpful and friendly staff. Love it here. Shop is on the smaller side but they manage to cram lots of items in there! Love the clearance rack in the back & also love their point system!

I was not aware that there were no refunds on returns (credit or cash).I had not received a receipt until I called. I was never told about their practice. The sign that explained the policy had a person in front of it.Very disappointed...Also the gift card that you receive can only be used in their Newport RI store. So, if you are purchasing a gift from another state, you must return there otherwise Anchored in Pink essentially keeps your money.Somehow seems unethical to me.BUYER BEWARE OF THIS STORE...

I was so pleased with the selection and sizes available. The staff was very nice and helpful. Ladies - there is even a sale section in the back! This will be my go to store for sure.

I was very excited when I found this store as I did research being a Lilly fan/addict!! I walked into the store and the one salesperson was on the phone. I interrupted her and asked if I can try something on. I did find something but needed her opinion as to which size is best on me. She continued on the phone and I got so made I walked out. I have Lilly stores very close to me. You walk into the Palm Beach store or Palm Beach Gardens, Fla store and you get first class service. This was not ok. Lilly should not have her clothes in this store. Such a disappoint!
