I can’t say enough great things about Amy. From our first meeting to our closing, Amy was outstanding. Being first time home buyers, we were nervous about the process but Amy took us though every single step from start to finish and her attention to detail was amazing. She was always quick to answer our every question and always followed up with us. Her attentiveness through open houses and knowledge of the buying process made us feel comfortable when we finally found the perfect house for us. Her negotiation skills and knowledge of the local market put us in the perfect position to buy the house of our dreams. She has also had wonderful recommendations of who to work with and has personally found such joy in helping us find our home! Couldn’t have asked for anyone better to trust and depend on!! Great experience, especially working with Amy Hoag. She sold my husband and I a property about five years ago that was all our hearts delight and found it fairly quickly. We also bought it for a good price. When I had to sell our home this year, Amy had it sold within a couple days for a good price as well. New owners appreciated the home as much as I had. She is an excellent negotiator whichever side of the process you are going through. Thanks Amy, you are professional and very intune with what your clients want and need.

We couldn’t have been more fortunate than to have found Amy Hoag to represent us as our realtor. Beginning back in 2019, while living in Washington DC we chose to make a move to Newport, R.I. We were able to contact Amy and she worked tirelessly to help us find a place, even going out of her way at different times/days to accommodate our travel schedule. We found a place quickly and through Amy’s knowledge, diligence and experience were able to make a smooth transition to our new home. Again, in 2022 when for health reasons we found it necessary to make another move in the local area, we reached out to Amy and the personal service she provided is unmatched. We were able to find a new place within a few weeks while, again through Amy’s efforts, we were able to sell our previous Newport home within days of going on the market and above asking price. Amy not only handles all the big issues with ease but she also goes out of her way to help with the little things, like arranging for her associates to help us fix up loose ends. She has an extensive network of associates who always seem willing to pitch in at her request. Bottom line, she’s experienced, extremely knowledgeable, motivated and always looking out for our best interests. She’s the best!

I can't recommend Amy enough. Sought her assistance in buying a home while unable to visit the area, and Amy was 100% reliable to act as a surrogate on numerous showings. She provided live stream tours, pictures, floor plans, disclosures, and got answers to any/all questions immediately. With her representation I was VERY comfortable making offers even though I was unable to see properties in person. Also, she has a great network of supporting professionals (lawyers, inspectors, etc.).
