Stumbled upon this place when visiting from out of town. My two girls loved it and found the cutest matching outfits shown below. It's located on the cutest little strip in a great area next to the beach (you have to pull into the resort to gain access). The small, clean, well organized, and inviting shop boasts lots of adorable and affordable items for women and older children! The clerk was super helpful and friendly. We learned she is a regular customer who is now friends with the owner. She is a gem! Made my girls feel so special while they shopped. My girls can't wait to come back to this shop soon (next time we are in town for sure). Thx for the great outfits for my girls

Not a whole lot of shopping in the area, but this was a nice pleasant surprise with a good collection of clothing. Not much in the selection of plus size clothing, so just a heads up. Staff were friendly and the lay out was clean and easy to peruse choices.

Very charming shop filled with unique items. The selection is good and the vibe is bohemian. Even the shop manager, Kelly, was super cool and friendly.

Great little boutique nestled into the Pier of Narragansett. Clothes are stylish yet affordable. Every summer I look forward to stopping in to buy a few summer staple outfits.

I've become obsessed with this store! They have beautiful and fashionable clothing and jewelry at great prices! Because their prices are so reasonable and they are near the beach with lots of foot traffic, they constantly order and change their inventory. I feel like every weekend I find something new to purchase there (much to the chagrin of my husband)! Their clothing is casual to dressy and fantastic wear to the beach and then out to dinner styles. The staff is ALWAYS very friendly and during the summer peak season they are open until 10pm! I'm very glad I found this store... whenever I have guests visiting, it's one of the first places I bring them!

This is a great little store! They have such unique items and will go out of their way to help a customer. I look forward to stopping by the Traveling Gypsy every summer while on vacation and always find something original to buy!

The Traveling Gypsy is a GEM of a find among the shops on Narragansett Pier. Tons of cute clothes, shoes, jewelry, tapestries, and reusable shopping bags. Everything is reasonably priced. I went tonight during 'ladies night' where they served wine, cheese, crackers, and pepperoni and certain items were discounted. Altogether I purchased a beach cover up, cotton t shirt, sneakers, and a canvas bag for $75. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. The cashier/shop worker was the sweetest! Note: it can be frustrating as many items only come in one or two sizes.
