It is a little intimidating walking in and trying to figure out what I need with so many options and details to each of the yoga pants. She took the time to listen and understand my needs. I have great fitting pants that make my yoga workouts even better. Fit and comfort is the best.”

“The store offers great deals in a very expensive town.I had the pleasure to meet the owner, and he was the most friendly and welcoming store owner I ever talked to.His love for his job and for helping people was above and beyond.We even chatted about Tunisia, my country of origin, and he was very knowledgeable.People like him deserve a medal of respect for their service to their community.Thanks to him I want to visit that store again.”

Kim provided many options to find jacket in my size, even had fellow co-worker look in stock room upstairs for my size (big & tall). Found one after diligent search. And clothing was on sale to top it off. Great destination when on Thames St.”

“One thing I like about Newport is that they really have unique merchandise in many of the shops. In an age where "good shopping" is sort of moot if you live in New York or, duh, have the internet, this is one place where you actually can find some unusual items. Royal Male has a lot of Barbour and St. James clothes, but also high quality clothing from smaller manufacturers. The best reason to shop there, though, is that the two guys who are usually in the Mary St. location actually know clothing . Yes, they want to sell you pieces, but they know their inventory, they know how clothes are supposed to fit, they have some idea if a color compliments your complexion, and they won't let you leave unless something looks good on you. That's a vanishing skill, and it's priceless. Stop in. My wife (yes, they have women's clothes) and I always do, every time we visit Newport.”
“Lareena was are customer service sales clerk she was amazing. I was lost and she really help me and my son he is seven years old big boy and wears a men's size small and she help tremendously. I definitely will be back thank you lareena see you again”
“I went there the other day for a royal blue suit and met with a haberdasher named Sai. He was extremely patient and professional and went out of his way to accommodate me. This ease of this shopping experience made me hate the process a little less. I would definitely recommend buying a suit there based on the customer service and quality of the items.”
“I love this store!!! The salesperson said it is the largest Life is Good store. Hubby bought a really cute shirt. They do offer shirts that say Newport. Super big shout out to the staff. We chatted up 2 young ladies. They were sweet and funny. We actually stayed a little longer and looked around more because of them.”

“I wanted to leave a review because Chris from Crosswynds really went above and beyond in an environment where you don't see that very often. I ordered a hat and overlooked the delivery portion, which meant I would have needed to pick it up at the store. Chris sent me a message notifying me that their location was a good drive, and that they would be happy to mail it! I received the hat today and it's a great quality product!
