It's full of stuff and full of friendly people who can find what you need. Sometimes I need a lot of something so I'll call ahead and they order it in. I always get a better price than home Depot or Lowe's. The bonus is not having to deal with a HUGE store to walk around.

Has a part I needed for a heat issue in my house. Before heading to HD 30 min away, I called to ask of they had one because I knew it was an uncommon part. Sure enough, they knew exactly I needed and they had one in stock. Saved me about an hour of time.
