“Went there for some marine supplies they had a great selection of boating needs. Rope pumps hardware bumpers. Dock lines paint for you bottom of boat . All kinds of cleaning supplies. The rest of the store was stock up with all your hardware. Tools power tools bolts screws nails . Rakes shovels garden supplies.”

“The layout is unlike any other hardware store. You will need help there your first time, but everyone there is so friendly and nice it doesn't matter. Lots of on the shelf moulding and trim. They mix paint. They have those crazy nails that one psycho likes to use. Hidden gem. I hate Middletown home cheapo.”

“John and Chelsea in the Garden Department deserve recognition. Over the phone, John assured me that they had what I needed. In the store, both employees helped me find exactly the product I needed and were friendly about doing so. On the other hand, an employee named Missy (got her voicemail) needs to re-think her vm message, like changing it from "I'll get back to you at my earliest convenience" to something more customer-friendly such as "I'll get back to you as soon as I can." Big difference in just a few words.”

“It's full of stuff and full of friendly people who can find what you need. Sometimes I need a lot of something so I'll call ahead and they order it in. I always get a better price than home Depot or Lowe's. The bonus is not having to deal with a HUGE store to walk around.”
