My wife brought her Ford explorer in to this location for a recall, and they refused to service her vehicle because she didn't have a service history there, and her suv is over a hundred thousand miles. Additionally, she also received an email saying that she missed her service appointment when she clearly showed up and was turned away.

I am a new Ford Bronco Sport owner as of June, Ford now has an app to start your vehicle, and also give you information like tire pressure, oil life, miles to empty, and so on. My automatic car starting option stopped working after my first oil change, after a month or so I went to the app to start my Bronco with the app. Error "You vehicle cna not be started it is already running" was the message that I was getting. I took it to flood ford of Narragansett where I bought the 2023 Bronco Sport with a great 2019 chevy Equinox and $10,000 hard earned cash. So when I took it in for them to look at it, they tried to do re-set on the vehicle and that failed. I was told that I need to set up an appointment with service, after trying to make an appointment 2 weeks out from when I was going home to Buffalo they had nothing available. I can not believe that they wanted nothing to do with helping me!! The Sales manager said you don't need your auto starter to go to Buffalo!!! No But I did Pay for it and would like to use it. I was able to make an appointment 4 days out in Hamburg NY just south of Buffalo.. Avoid Bad Service, Avoid Flood Ford!!!

I brought my car in because I was losing power steering fluid. The power steering pressure switch and pig tail were replaced. When I picked up my car, the radio, fan switches, front defrost, floor heat and other controls weren't working. Also, the Lincoln cap on one hubcap was missing. They were all working when I dropped the car off. The earliest appointment offered was 6 weeks away. When I finally was able to get in, I was charged for a repair that I believe was their responsibility. I contacted Mr. Flood twice with no response. Poor customer service has cost them this customer.

I recently had a truly disappointing experience at this dealership, and it only reinforces the negative perception that many people have about car dealerships. Communication was lacking throughout the process, and I was repeatedly promised calls regarding the status of my vehicle only to have to call at the end of each day to find out it was going to cost more and take longer. To make matters worse, the dealership ran into issues that resulted in additional costs, but instead of informing me, they continued with the repairs and left me with no option but to pay more. If I had been notified before any irreversible actions were taken, I would have decided not to proceed with the repairs. The dealership's lack of transparency was unacceptable, especially given the fact that the first step of the job took ten hours, despite being booked for only two hours, and I was never updated on the progress. The price of the repairs kept increasing, originally starting at around $700 and ending up at $3000, after they initially quoted me $5000, which I only found out about after I questioned them. I also requested to speak with the service manager, but I was told that he was not in, and when I asked to speak with the general manager, the service advisor told me that there was no general manager, which was proven to be false with a simple search of the dealership's website. I feel like I was deliberately kept in the dark so that the dealership could take more money from me.

I took my car in for a appointment on the 29th oh November when I called the next week 7 days and talked to a very rude person called Peter. I ask the status on the car he stated it had not been looked at yet and if I did not like it I could come and get it and take it some place else. I ask why did I need a appointment if they were not going to look at the car. Again rudely he stated I could get the car. It took over 2 weeks to look at the car. Another to fix it. Not sure about most people that is not good service

purchased a mustang mach e for about $55k almost 2 months ago . First mistake they made was registering the car under the wrong company! We traded in a 2020 ford transit valued at $44k . This company has not gotten the title for the transit van we traded in from the dmv yet. It seems they are holding my mustang mach e title hostage until they receive the title from dmv based on what blake said! Thats not our problem! We cant even drive or register our $55k mustang mach e investment! We have no car ! Alex has to take the bus and ubers to get to work!! All while we still pay that $1000 per month monthly payment! Billy and his employee blake have been playing games with us. His employee blake said he is waiting on us to get that title but we cant! employee blake is INCREDIBLY rude

We purchased a mustang mach e for about $55k almost 2 months ago . First mistake they made was registering the car under the wrong company! We traded in a 2020 ford transit valued at $44k . This company has not gotten the title for the transit van we traded in from the dmv yet. It seems they are holding my mustang mach e title hostage until they receive the title from dmv based on what blake said! Thats not our problem! The sales department here has always been great. Service however is a joke. Both service advisors are rude and act like your inconveniencing them. Have had to bring in multiple vehicles multiple times and every time it either doesn't get done that day or they don't have the part. I will go to rascal next time.

I had the most horrible experience here at this dealership. Specifically want to point out "Peter" in the service department. First and foremost I scheduled my appointment at 8am for 3 recalls to be done, when I called at 2pm it hadn't even been touched they said it would be done at the end of the week. I went to go see if my car was parked in the same placed I left it early that morning specifically this Friday 12/17/2021. Mr Peter said everyone there has been going home since yesterday due to "Covid" yet no one in there wears a mask I wonder why they daughter Covid. The women at the front desk failed to let me know this information. The best part is Peter didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there and said I lack the understanding that he will not fix my vehicle and it is my dealerships fault for selling me a car that needed a recall. I was sooooo angry that I could literally scream!! The unprofessional and ignorance this boy has is unimaginable. I am so disgusted with Ford the lack in f empathy and resolution has failed my expectations and I will never purchase another vehicle from Ford. Oh I forgot to mention that Ford wouldn't bother to replace my vehicle with a rental! They pretty much said I'm SOL. Ford you suck! And Peter you a bitch

Best dealership I have EVER been to! Bill Skelly was our sales rep & let me tell you I will never go any where else ever again! He was prompt & forward with us from the very beginning. He let us test drive the car automatically, answered any and all questions I had about the car & got me a great deal for my trade in. The finance department gave us a better deal then what we were offered in pre approval! Overall a great experience & I will be highly recommending this dealership! Thanks again Bill! Car drives amazing!!

Ive bought 8 vehicles from this dealership. Most of them have been F250's. It has been nothing but a great experience. The service end of things has been great too. They treat me like I'm family. I seee some of the reviews about people complaining about floor mats? You have to be kidding!!! Pay no attention to these negative review. Remember there are some people out there that just cannot be pleased. This place is great!

I have 2 issues. Scheduled service for recall on 2020 Lincoln Nautilus . Dropped off on time. Needed back by 2pm for Dr appointment at 3pm. Received vehicle at 310pm. So much for timeliness. Item 2. Purchased vehicle in late July at a cost of almost 60k and got a notice for update of my maps and they wanted to charge me!! Nickel and dime. Do not buy from this dealership!
