Service department is terrible. Waste of time. Replicated an issue I was having and the technician claimed he couldn't hear it.

Rick in sales was great to deal with. He is extremely knowledgeable and sincere. You can tell he really cares about the customer experience.

The sales department here has always been great. Service however is a joke. Both service advisors are rude and act like your inconveniencing them. Have had to bring in multiple vehicles multiple times and every time it either doesn't get done that day or they don't have the part. I will go to rascal next time.
