I have purchased 7 vehicles in the last 8 years and this was by far the best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had. Totally seamless to say the least! Chris Fife was my salesman, really great guy true family man! He was the best, I went to Flood just before they closed on a Thursday night and he came out and let me look at both trucks as they were closing. Talk about above and beyond! Fast forward to Saturday afternoon I traded in my vehicle with Chris and purchased a 2020 Ford Raptor and left that day with it. Next time I buy a Ford I will only go to Flood. I have also recommended to all my friends and coworkers that are looking for trucks to check out Flood!

I dropped off my car for two recalls and was given a complimentary ride home near the Connecticut line in a timely manner. I also was picked up by their driver All in the same day. Job well done!

Work done was good, but communication was lacking. Didn't tell me how long work was going to take when I dropped it off, and never called to tell me it was ready. I had to call and check on it, makes me wonder how long they would have let it sit before calling me.

I noticed a screw sticking out of my tire on a Saturday morning in Narragansett, I took it to Flood Ford of Narragansett without an appointment and although they were busy, they took care of my tire. While there I had an oil change and tire rotation. I entered with stress (I did not want to deal with a flat tire on a Saturday) and left with relief and no worries of a flat!

I brought my Ford f 150 in for a recall. I asked the tech if I could also get an oil change and he said since the truck hadn't been in the shop before I couldn't. The truck was all set so I asked if I could drop my wife's car for an oil change, her car has been there. I was told it's first come first serve in the Quick lane. 11 AM we dropped it off and I called at 2 and it wasn't done. They called at 4 to say it was ready 5 hours. I drove the car today for the first time and the sticker in the upper left corner of the windshield was never removed and no new one so I know when I need another oil change and also the mechanic did re-set the computer so still says I need an oil change. Not sure what was hoping on for 5 hours. Doubt if I'll ever go back there.

Was not pleased with the service at East Greenwich dealership so I drove down to Narragansett. They treated me like a lifelong customer. Got a fair price for my trade in after some negotiations and they honored their price on the custom built truck ordered last year. Straight shooters, not obsessed with exploiting customers as cash cows like many other dealerships.
