To the guy who has his nails painted at the teller office is extremely rude and unhelpful. Multiples times have had issues here. Cannot believe citizens allows someone like this to represent this company. I will not be visiting this location furthermore, what a shame.

Tried to cash a citizens cashiers check at a citizens bank. They won’t cash it due to insufficient funds at their bank. Tried two locations.WTH!

How do you not know your own policies and how can you not answer an easy question?Teller was RUDE and was trying to put me on hold for just asking a question she should know. Stupid npc bot. I miss the supermarket branch, that team was the best....Good thing there's the holy grail of The Internet. ✨
