“I had a problem with a tire cap on a recently purchased used car. The tire stem cap was seized on a tire that needed air. I brought it to Middletown Town Fair Tire on a Friday without an appointment. Joe took a look and quickly explained how they would work the problem. He also said if it was a quick fix, which he thought it could be, there would be no charge. Within the hour, the technician got the cap off, decided to replace the stem, and also went further and replaced every stem cap to make sure I didn’t get the same problem with another tire. In addition, they found a nail in the tire. They removed it and repaired the hole. Grand total-no charge. Joe said, you don’t need new tires on this car now, but please keep us in mind when the time comes. They put a new set of tires on my F-150, so I will definitely be going back for tires and recommending them whenever I get the chance. Thanks, Joe!”
