Always my first stop before heading to parts store.”
“My rental car had a nail in the tire. I was lucky to find the only open shop on the island on Sunday, but unfortunately, they were fully booked. However, Mark was really warm-hearted and helped me put on the spare "donut" tire so I could drive to the nearest car rental station. Big kudos to Mark for his great help! The people of Rhode Island are great!”

Still not a fan of them not finding my appointment and then calling me back to return to the shop when they did, but they did fix the problem with the fuel gauge and for a reasonable price.
