We had a wonderful time at The Sea Breeze Inn! Our room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. Leeza, our host, made a fantastic breakfast for us completely from scratch. Everyone here was very friendly and attentive. We’ll be sure to stay here the next time we are in Newport!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and it is a wonderful Inn. The owners were onsite and were very friendly and helpful. The staff was excellent. They have a cafe, breakfast was included with the room, and it was very good. A bunch of choices. They also serve lunch. The rooms were cozy and very nice. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Our room had a balcony with a view of the water.

From beginning to end I was treated like family. My experience was a 5 star on every level. They pay attention to detail and give you premier customer service. I will definitely be staying there any time I visit my family in Newport.

Absolutely incredible bed and breakfast just outside of Newport! We stay here every year and it only gets better. The owner gives each guest white glove treatment and is there every step of the way. Free breakfast, spacious rooms, and great vibes all lead to a 5 star experience!

Arriving at Sea Breeze, we were greeted by the owner. Something that I have come to appreciate when traveling and a good indicator that they take hospitality seriously. Check in was quick and friendly. Our room was bright, fresh and very well prepared for our stay. Plenty of room in the shower and water pressure was far better than most hotels. The mattress was on the firm side and comfortable. The entire Inn is immaculately maintained, nicely decorated and easy to navigate. We would highly recommend the Sea Breeze Inn.

Fantastic Inn! We had a great weekend staying here. The owners are incredibly nice and helpful. The cafe attached serves delicious greek food and breakfast is included with the room. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything is up to date and worked great. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

We booked a room at the Sea Breeze Inn while in town for a wedding. The owner was extremely friendly and the booking process was smooth. We enjoyed our time at the Inn. We appreciated that it was quiet at night, and the balcony was a nice touch. Very close to everything in Newport. The complimentary breakfast was also very well done. A wide selection of fresh, hot breakfast options made to order, and the quality of the food was great. The rooms were very clean and our stay was very smooth. Highly recommend the Sea Breeze Inn for a weekend away.

Our first trip to the East coast and this inn contributed to a fantastic experience. The owners are so friendly, accommodating, and so interesting! Our room was lovely with a comfortable bed (yeah). It also had a mini fridge, microwave, etc. I would wholeheartedly recommend this inn!

This past week we went to Newport RI. After searching hotels we decided on the Sea Breeze Inn based on Trip Advisor reviews. It exceeded our expectations. The inn is located in Middletown RI, but only a mere 1.8 miles to the center of Newport, If you like to walk there are many restaurants nearby. Our room had a queen bed, window sofa seat and a nice balcony, where we had drinks in the evening. We were in the front of the hotel, which I don’t recommend if you are sensitive to traffic noise. It was fine to us, we had a great sunset every evening. The bathroom was clean and modern with ample hot water and pressure. The bed and lines were comfortable. Breakfast was included with our reservation with many delicious options. The waitresses were always smiling and welcoming. Housekeeping did a fabulous job. Leeza snd Telly could not of been more welcoming. Always gave us the best recommendations for dinners etc. Leeza has a green thumb and the flowers around the inn are beautiful. We often saw Telly busy with his beautiful tomatoes. We will totally recommend the Sea Breeze Inn to family and friends.

Leeza & Telly ... they are the hosts/owners/proprietors & they work continuously to make sure each of their guests are happy & well cared for. Their Inn is a gem & you will be sure to have a wonderful stay ... WE DID :)
