As a local small business owner, my experience with Staples Middletown has been outstanding. The store is always clean and organized, the printing and marketing team is top-notch, and they are wonderful to the community-at-large. Keep up the great work!

Pretty typical staples. Paper ink basic computer and office equipment. The prints hope handles most basic print jobs. There is also a UPS drop-off area, and the staff are pretty accommodating, providing receipts, etc. I've never seen the store overcrowded or had a long wait at the registers. Plenty of parking and reasonable access.

today I had a package to return to Amazon. A very friendly, helpful associate, Jean, assisted me. He greeted me kindly, and had a smile on his face throughout the exchange. I must note that a manager approached him about a personal matter while he was working with me, this was off-putting to me, and probably a little embarrassing for Jean. I felt that the matter could've been dealt with without a customer present.

I am totally discussed - your service has been less than acceptable. I have been in your store almost daily looking to buy a new printer. On Each Occasion it has been the same "No representative even approached me in the printer area or to say can l help you"? I need to replaced my present printer bought from your store Unfortunately l have given you a one Star rating !! Nothing better..
