Extremely helpful for first-time painters. I don't have many positive experiences in male dominated spaces but all three of the men working were so genuinely helpful. This is definitely a safe space for female contractors, and I will recommend it to everyone!

Was looking for paint as one does at SW. Staff was sitting around having a great time. Complaining about old managers and coworkers, manager comes out an proudly announces he was in the bathroom for a while which was followed up by bathroom cleaning complaints by the woman staffer. Meanwhile, I was never even acknowledged despite their being at least three, maybe four staffers up front. I own two homes and needed paint for both. I'm now shopping elsewhere. Maybe today was their day off to be helpful professionals, who knows. This was my first negative experience at this store. Won't be going back for a while.

The Sherwin Williams store in Middletown, RI has great service with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The paint is fantastic. The best! The Super Paint hsa been on my house for over ten years and still looks great.

Staff here is amazing.. I went in with a hurt ankle and they helped me bring everything out to the truck, where i then remembered i had a return as well, so the counter employee ran back in with the return and ran back out with the slip. Professionals would call it "above the scope of your roll".
