Gary Rubin always makes the experience of turning in my leased vehicle and getting a new one , seamless and pleasant.
He goes out of his way to help me and make the whole process smooth and understandable.
I have had 100% positive experiences at Saccucci's Honda, every time I have been there ,for many years , including the service department.
Their receptionist , Christopher, is exceptional as well.

Terrible Experience at Saccucci Honda in Middletown
I went to Saccucci Honda in Middletown with the simple task of getting a tire changed. What followed was an absolute nightmare. After leaving my 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid with them, it took an entire week for what should have been a quick job.
When I finally got my car back, I was shocked to discover that they had completely destroyed the car’s computer system and electrical components. My windows no longer work, and neither does the air conditioning. This has made driving an absolute misery, especially in the summer heat.
To make matters worse, my car is still not functioning properly to this day. The incompetence and negligence displayed by Saccucci Honda are beyond belief. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this dealership at all costs. Their lack of professionalism and skill has left me with a damaged vehicle and a lot of frustration.
If you value your car and your peace of mind, stay far away from Saccucci Honda in Middletown.

I have been a Saccucci Honda customer for over 20 years. I started with using their service department on a previously purchased Honda and now I have just purchased my second car from them. I worked with Bill Mitchell on both car purchases and he always takes the time to explain to me my options, so I can make the best decision for me. I am always pleased with the service I receive from the service department.

Our experience here was excellent. This Honda dealership still gives you, "family-owned business" vibes. They truly meet their customers' needs and make them feel comfortable. We worked with Casey, Luke, and Barry who were all excellent. Each member of their team worked on their individual role to help make our experience as seamless as possible. I have been to several car dealerships and none of them even compared to the treatment we experienced here. My fiancé and I were able to walk in knowing what vehicle we wanted and drive it off of the lot within 2 1/2 hours. There were no complications or hiccups. We were treated respectfully and like family. This dealership and team went above and beyond to accommodate us and our needs.
Also the dog welcoming committee is 10/10. We look forward to coming back here for our next vehicle purchase.

I've been leasing for over ten years at Saccucci Honda. Bill has been great to work with as well as all the staff. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and made the process smooth from lease to lease. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My fiancee was taking her Civic to get serviced at Saccucci Honda, but I recently took over doing the maintenance on the car since I had noticed they tried to upsell her on extras, like saying she had flat tires when she didn't. But what is really worrysome about this service department is that when I went underneath the car to do an oil change the transmission was leaking everywhere. Sure enough on the last service record Saccucci Honda had done a transmission flush, and they failed to torque the drain plug properly. This resulted in the transmission losing a quart of AFT. I'm glad I caught it before any damage seemed to occur to the car, but I have no doubts that they would gladly charge their customers to replace their transmission after it failed because of their own incompetence to tighten a drain plug properly. This was all not even mentioning that there were several screws missing from the cover under the engine bay.
I would strongly recommend NOT to bring your car to Saccucci Honda, as they seem to have a completly useless service department that will damage your vehicle.

5 star experience at Saccucci Honda. Meagan was awesome. She was very nice, very helpful, and also very patient. Whatever I needed she made sure happened. This made the purchase of the car so easy and I knew I made the right choice. I highly recommend this dealership. Also shout out to Charlie, if you know you know.

I bought a 2024 CRV-EXL which I love. The whole experience was just great. Casey the sales manager absolutely went above and beyond for me. He made the whole process painless. Bill the sales associate was also super friendly and helpful. Barry went through the car with me and explained all the tech stuff like pairing my phone and brought me up to speed on all the different features. I highly recommend Saccucci Honda. They deserve 10 stars...

I just purchased a used Scion from Saccucci Honda. It was in great shape and reasonably priced.
Lucas Brenner was friendly, patient, and very clear on the purchase process. He even allowed me to get a pre-purchase inspection done by the local Toyota dealership. No issues with the car and the entire sales team was very friendly.
