We knew what we wanted and they had it at the right price. Started with talking to Ricky to ensure our arrival time was okay even when close to closing time. He had the truck ready for us to drive and he got some extra measurements. Once we arrived he set us up with Aiden. He got us in the vehicle ready for a test drive immediately while he looked over the possible trade in. They were honest and straight forward. The sales manager made us feel welcomed and ensured us he would get us the best interest rate. Went back the next day to sign the paperwork with Rich and pick up the truck. Some of our extra asks were completed which made us very happy. They are a little out of the way for us but it was worth the trip and would recommend them to a friend!

I don't give this place one star. Kevin Ward sold me a lemon he is rude unprofessional sells used cars which are not safe to drive. Many dealerships like Vitti guaranteed to exceed your expectations who sell safe used cars and are polite and professional before and after selling you a car . Kevin Ward sold me a vehicle not safe or operational and refused to take responsibility demanded I drove the vehicle even when he was aware the engine would blow he in fact laughed DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE MY experience unimaginable worst nightmare and I'm not the only victim spoke to another person who bought a used car from Kevin and drove 30 miles engine blew refused to refund ,

I purchased my used 2022 Ford Explorer XLT here from Charlie.
He was absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable even though it wasn't a CDJR vehicle. Kevin Ward the Sales Manager was very funny and accommodating since I needed to think on it for a day or two. There was no pressure, just really helpful people trying to help me feel good about my purchase. Lastly, I met Rich in the Finance office. He explained everything clearly and I had no questions when we were done. I felt confident and happy leaving with my new SUV. I would recommend this store to everyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Sounds like all the bad reviews are from service, but sales here is very quick and easy. One of the best dealers I've dealt with as far as transparency and not wasting my time.

Stay away from the service department. They really don't know what they they are doing. Charged me $6K and I had to wait 2 months to get my truck back only to find out it was a $500 controller module that needed replacing! A few weeks later I got a check engine light. Three trips later and $1K spent I still have the check engine light. I gave up and I traded in the truck at another dealership. Never again.

I personally had a turbulent experience with Newport Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram. Sub par customer experience. Professional, but not a positive memorable experience.

Awful experience. I have a 2022 ram 3500 6.7. It has been to this dealer ship 3 times over the past 6 months with the same issue.
Example: I was told to drop the truck off at 8 am and a courtesy vehical would be provided. I arrived at 8 and at 0820 was told there was no courtesy vehical. I could go on and on about other experiences.
If you plan on buying a Ram or Jeep, just go across the bay to a different dealership (Bald Hill or Tasca). Those dealers are better equiped and significantly more organized. Good luck.
