I’ve shopped at different NAPA auto parts stores, but the Middletown, RI store tops them all! I stopped in to pick-up a pair of wiper blades that I had researched online. The stores interior layout made them easy to find. When I checked out at the register I asked Dale, who rang up the sale, if he could double check the fit for my car. Without a second thought he did.
I’m a 73-year-old guy with a minor noticeable disability. When the sale was completed, Dale asked me if I would like him to put the new wiper blades on my car. In today’s world where people seem to forget good manners and are preoccupied within themselves rushing through their day, Dale’s goodwill gesture reminded me there are still good people in this world of turmoil who care about others. I accepted his generous offer.
The blades just snap on and were installed in less than a minute. I attempted to hand him a few bucks, but he refused to take it. After I insisted and would not take no for an answer, he reluctantly took the tip and said he would put it in the Wounded Warriors donation box.
He impressed me from the start, but his unselfish kindhearted character to pay it forward just elevated my respect for this man and made my day!
Dale is an asset to the NAPA team. Need auto parts? Find them at the NAPA store in Middletown, RI and make a new friend at the same time!

Excellent auto shop; helpful and very patient staff. Thank you for assisting us with a new fan for our VW, along with the transmission fluid the last Saturday in January, moments before you were going to close up shop for the day…..and then again on the following week day for grabbing a transmission washer for a Nissan. Excellent staff, friendly and professional. Thanks.

The check engine light came on in my 2015 Subaru, and my husband and I brought it to Napa for the free engine check. Ronnie was the sole employee today, but was responsive and extremely helpful! It is not the first positive experience I had at this particular store.

This is the best auto parts store by far! I could name others I've tried in the past, who kept selling me the wrong headlight or whatever, even though I gave them make, model and year. But the guys/gals at Napa not only know their parts and inventory, but several times they have installed the part for me! And they do so with a smile, and they won't even take a tip! They are a model for all businesses. My family goes there exclusively as they have proven themselves to be the best. My hats off to manager and crew!

I cannot praise the staff here enough. Every time I’ve gone in with some wackadoo Porsche fitting or hardware issue, they find a way to solve it. They act like they’ve got skin in the game, so to speak, and that can be hard to find these days (in my experience). To the store management: you’ve got a great team, and if you can use this review as an excuse to give raises, recognition, or whatever the your team requests, please try to make it happen. My old Toyota Rav 4 battery was on its last leg and to my surprise Napa was able to put a new battery without an appointment on a Friday afternoon! Ariana removed and installed the old dusty battery in records time with the most pleasant attitude and customer service I've received in awhile. I wanted to commend her efforts and let her manager know what a stellar employee they have. I will definitely be back and recommend to all.

Very friendly, fair prices. They are straight shooters with the customer. Prices compared to auto zone are similar. I personally prefer the organization of this store over the auto zone on the corner of East main rd and valley rd due to its cleanly store and parking

Ronnie was knowledgeable & helpful. He installed my windshield wipers and helped me understand what the cost would be to have my muffler fixed by quoting the part to have installed elsewhere. Great service!
