My wife and I have had a large unit in this facility for several years. The staff is supremely friendly and professional and the facility is top notch. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for clean climate controlled storage.

This place is amazing.I kept my camper here for 2 years .It was so safe and I never had to worry.The staff is absolutely amazing friendly and caring to your needs.I have recommended friends and they are so happy here.Also my dad had rented storage here before I did and he was so happy so when I needed storage I went straight to here.It is so clean and you don’t have to worry about Rodent’s or bugs.They have the area under control.Never found any problems with my camper.I can not say enough about this place.Trust me you will not find a better and clean place with a great staff. I will be going back on all my storage needs.Thanks guy’s!!!!!!

The staff is great, the facilities are clean and it seems really secure. I like that there’s no running water in the storage unit building and the climate control is a great plus, I’m not worried any of my stuff is going to get ruined. I’m so glad I saw the ad at the commissary on the naval base.

I cannot speak highly enough about this facility. The staff are phenomenal, very accommodating and incredibly friendly. The facility itself is kept absolutely spotless, and very well maintained. The last nearly 6 years I have used their services have been completely problem free, if you’re looking for somewhere to store your belongings look no further!

The guys who work the front desk are always so nice and helpful! The halls are always very clean. Lights are on motion sensor. Climate control. I love how each stairwell door has cleaning things if you need to pick up after yourself. Elevators that are covered with a blue tarp so you don’t bump your things. They also have carts and tables to use to bring your stuff up.

My elderly father had a storage space here. He moved out of state but had auto payments set up and never missed a payment for over a year. He lost his wallet, cancelled his cards, and this place did not receive their payment. They immediately started calling me looking for payment. I had no idea I was listed as a secondary person as I live out of state and my father did not tell me he had added my name as a secondary person. I answered the phone, made the payment for the month and then started trying to get in touch with my dad to see what he wanted to do with the storage unit. In the meantime, this place was hounding me for another payment and when I didn't answer my phone (I was at work) they found my Facebook account and started messaging me through Facebook. I called them and told them not to charge my card and that I would go to Rhode island to clean out the unit and make the final payment. The guys working there were nice and friendly. They took my cash and gave me a receipt. The storage building and my father's unit were clean and well maintained. Because of their behavior over payment and the way they stalked me through Facebook, phone calls, and text messages, they get 3 stars.

180 to 225, and horrible humans. Mean bending their policy, muscling customers. I was put in the back of their Uhaul with a broken leg by my abusive husband, with my daughter and I homeless. Been a week or so late, never over a month and they muscle and threaten to throw away my daughter's dead father's stuff. Bending policyNo one gets away with anything in the end. The dead are watching. You are nasty people.
