Let me start of by saying I went from working here to become a very happy customer. From the moment i even thought of looking into getting a new vehicle instantly thought of them, working with russ, and seeing first hand how well he took care of customers and how transparent he always was definitely influenced me waiting to go to him for this decision. Since i knew he would be completely honest with me. I recently traded in my 2017 GMC Sierra for a 2024 toyota tacoma. Had a couple of hiccups, but luckly for me i had the best duo on my side working to help me (Russ & Jake). Thanks to these two i couldnt say today, i own a brand new vehicle. Oh and i also want to thank my sales person kris. Thank you guys for i couldnt have done this without your help. Def coming back for my 4runner later on.

I bought a 2024 Toyota Corolla! I worked with Russ Josh and Adam! They were alll amazing and helped me get my Toyota !!! The same day!!! I love my car and I love this dealership I will only come here in the future thank you guys I’m so happy with my service :)

I cannot say enough good things about my experience there. Ask for Kris. Excellent sales rep and was very easy to work with. He knew it was my first time buying a car and walked me through the process. Picked up my 2025 Toyota Camry SE at an incredible price. Best prices of any Toyota dealership I’ve seen and their level of professionalism and service is unmatched.

Incredibly positive buying experience. My salesman Kris new everything about the vehicle, even though it's a recent first year model, and the GM was on site to make sure the entire process flowed smoothly. The vehicle I purchased is hard to find and I got a price much better than that being offered at most area dealerships...if they can even get the vehicle for you. Give them a call and experience the top notch process yourself, from the friendly receptionist greeting to the after purchase follow-ups.

Can’t lie. Disappointed my appointment for Friday at 1PM for my 2016 Tacoma that I had scheduled a week ago was suddenly cancelled the day before on a travel week for me. (The man who called was professional and courteous by the way).
I’m not sure what criteria was used that cancelled my appointment as I had scheduled well in advance? Maybe higher profit jobs? Frustrating because I just can’t get anything at other dealerships for Friday or Saturday.
Am I irritated? Yes.
Will I get over it? Yes.
Will I try this dealership again? No thanks.

Visited Langway several times and interacted with much of the staff. All were helpful and friendly. Our Sales Consultant Andrew Cipolla was especially kind and patient. No pressure at all. We purchased a 2025 Toyota Camry and could not be more pleased with the product and the entire buying experience.

I can’t thank Kris enough for how amazing he is at his job!!!! Totally not a typical car salesmen. I told him i wanted a WHITE SUV with leather and a sun roof and he only showed me white suv with leather seats and a sun roof!!!! Thank you for being making my car buying process effortless!!

Attempted to purchase a new car here and we had the worst experience. After further attempts and explaining my situation to the owner of the dealership Jim, I was disgusted with his response and would never do business with any of his dealerships in the future. He is an egotistic person who only cares about what he has and can show off instead of helping someone. I was and still am in shock of how pompous Jim Langway is.

Let's start with the fact that I cannot give them ZERO STARS because it will not allow me! I brought my truck to its scheduled appointment for a tune up, tire rotation w/alignment, oil change, and to troubleshoot /repair my a/c. The reason I chose to bring my truck to the Toyota Dealership is because I knew I was in need of a tune up (119k miles) and I am moving to my new duty station within a few weeks (Florida). It made sense to come to the actual dealership and get everything done at one time.
Following my services being 'complete' and paying for everything, things seemed to be fine and the price was what I expected it to be (yes that expensive). Over the weekend, I noticed my truck pulling hard to one side. That struck me as odd and piqued my curiosity for the services I received on my truck. I popped the hood and noticed that everything looked untouched. Fluids were not even topped off, there was no sticker indicating the oil change had been conducted. NOTHING! Therefore, I brought my vehicle back and expressed my concerns about my truck pulling, I requested a copy of the alignment report (was not stapled with the receipt paperwork), and a simple oil change sticker. I was told by Adam that he did not have my original alignment report and he could not print a copy from the system. I was told to bring my vehicle back that coming Friday (July 5th) to get another alignment and it would be free. Mind you I have already paid for all my services to include the ones that apparently were not done (alignment). But at least my vehicle liquids were topped off (finally).
I brought my vehicle back Friday for the alignment and asked for the service manager who was on vacation. After waiting about 2-3hrs. Adam brought me an alignment paper/document with the date of my original appointment.... Saying that the alignment done today match the alignment done last Friday. I said ok fine but now I needed the paperwork from today and I was told once again, he doesn't have it and cannot get me a copy... I asked to speak with a manager and Adam said he is upfront and walked away leaving me seated in the waiting area as he walked back to his desk. I then followed and asked him again where is he located and he threw over his shoulder, 'He's upfront'. I had to asked the woman at what appears to be a receptionist desk in the front to speak with a manager.
After speaking with the manager who is standing in for the actual service manager. I continued to wait as I was told by the 'stand in manager' that they are going to 'realign / check the alignment' again (once again, as I assumed, it was not done...) After receiving the alignment documentation from my ‘original visit’ (believe Adam used someone else’s numbers and forged this paperwork) and compared it to the new alignment paper work, the numbers were off (by at least .2 to .3 for every tire and all my rear tires were in the red... In addition to that, the tire pressure was as low as 23psi....). THIS IS A HUGE RED FLAG FOR SOMEONE WHO TRUSTED A DEALERSHIP TO DO THEIR JOB. I could have been on the road making a 10+ hour drive and been seriously injured or who knows because the negligence of Adam and the rest of Langway Toyota in Newport!!!! This is completely unsatisfactory and unacceptable!
For anyone thinking of going to this Toyota for any service. It's apparent that now I have to take my truck somewhere else to double check the work they did/did not do. As an active duty military officer about to transfer to a new duty station and have a dealership not complete services and purposely lie when my vehicle is vital to my livelihood is horrible! Something as simple as topping off fluids and providing documentation for the work that has been done is not a normal practice at this Toyota Dealership. BE CAREFUL IF YOU COME HERE!!!!!!!
Very disappointing!!!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE! Do not deal with Adam because he will lie and manipulate the system!

Amazing staff… The process of buying my first car was easy. When you walk in ask for Sam Phelps he was great at assisting me throughout my time there. If you have any doubts I highly recommend at least giving Toyota langway a chance there definitely worth that at the very least.

Found my ideal car on their website before stepping on the lot. I ended up trading in my aging daily commuter and was given a very fair price for the amount of miles on it. He walked me through all of the available trim models and pointed out the original car that caught my eye did not have a sunroof, which is very important to me. We were able to work out a great deal and get me in an upgraded dream car. I could not be happier with my experience at Langway Toyota and with Kris as my salesman. He wasn't pushy and was very honest and straightforward with me. I will definitely be recommending all of my family and friends to Langway in the future! It's worth going a little out of the way for far superior customer service. I was always worried about buying a car as a lady, but they took great care with me and didn't push anything unnecessary. Thank you so much Kris and I'll see you again for my next car down the line!
