excellent service located in the center of the Island in Middletown, service is high, great work done here, portuguese perfectionist, treats your vehicle like his own, maticulous and friendly and fast, 5 stars here.

Kev did a great job attacking set-in stains left by my kids on the cloth backseat upholstery. He clearly takes great pride in his work. Had to wait a few minutes past my appointment time, but it was worth it.

The owner never showed up for our scheduled cleaning which really put us in a bind. We needed a car cleaned before being shipped overseas for a military move.I called him after he was 10 minutes late and he said that he lost track of the time and then later said that he just never knows how long a vehicle is going to take. He said he would figure something out and call me back which he didnt'. I called him back 30 minutes later and he was very rude. Said he would get here when he could and told me to "sit tight". He never showed. He never called to even say he was running late and didn't apologize for his inconvenience. Apparently time management and customer relations are low on the priority list of this company.
