Driver really difficult refusing to back the truck up and spend an extra 2min to dump the material in the spot. Caused me an extra hr of work because the guy was a difficult. Otherwise the people at the store very helpful, knowledgeable, happy to help.

Bought cord of Seasoned Firewood. WAS NOT seasoned, moisture content was way above less then 20%. After using my meter wood was more like Green which is 60% moisture. after 2 weeks of storage in garage moisture content was in high 40% range. NOT SEASONED. Called store and guy gave me crap about wood was stored out side. I stacked and stored in my garage for two weeks. Moisture content was still in high 40%.. Just because they leave wood outside for a couple of months does NOT mean it is seasoned. PAID a lot of money for wood I cant us till next YEAR. Will NEVER go to or buy from them Again. wood from a swamp burns better. Have to load with card board and pieces of 2x4s to keep burning. Save your money wood is crap!! People don't want to help you either. Home depot on a Sunday gives better help.

My husband and I own a landscaping company ans everytime we call and see if materials are available we are told they are and when we get there, nothing is there. We are given attitude by Ashley and Trina who both have no clue what customer service is. Trina seems to act like she is the owner and shes not. Shes disrespectful and completely out of line. Clearly they need to clean the middletown store out as far as staff goes and bring back the old staff like Marsha and Kerry because they were great. We used to spend so much money there and now we would rather pay extra money somewhere else then go there. Do not spend your money here!
