Just visited their new place. Beautiful still same great service and prices. Plus a great selection of quality high line vehicles. The GM Jon Narcessian has be there for close to 10 years and has a great team. I have felt with him for close to 20 years! One stop shopping for mild to wild card. Keep up the great job.

As their very first customer at their new location this morning, I had a nail stuck in my tire and a 200+ mile trip ahead of me. The new facility is nice, but not completely finished, so naturally there was a bit of chaos in the air early on a Monday morning. But despite that, everyone was so kind. My tire was fixed for free in less than 15 minutes, and I was on my way. This is a good dealership. They care how they're perceived and how you're treated.

I have to say that my car was in shop there and I needed car immediately and the salesman I spoke with Rohan didn't seem to want to help me he put me on hold several times then said he would call me back. Two hours later I called another dealership they picked me up and in three hours later I was home with a new car. You guys at Hyundai need to be more friendly and customer minded. Also I feel that I was treated this way because I am a woman buying a car by myself. Very disappointed. On another note JR in service shop has been wonderful to me.

This was one of the most pleusurable car buying experiences I have ever had. I worked with David Brook, he was very polite, knowledgeable and very low key. I have being taking my car for oil change and great costumer service. Thank you!

It appears that this establishment is a museum and not a dealership. Made an offer on a 2011 Bentley Supersports, and one of their managers told me to go fish. I'll agree that they don't have to sell me their car if an offer doesn't work for them. Mind you, this was not an offer for a Hyundai. This was an offer for a Bentley where margins are totally different than Honda, or Chevy. So, this manager proceeded with salesman pitch that they don't have that much of discount, and that this car will sell fast, and etc. In short, this guy either doesn't know how to buy exotic cars, or doesn't understand exotic cars market. This car will cost them roughly $700-750 a month for each month they don't sell it. $800 in maintenance if doesn't sell in a year. So, in total they will lose $8-9k on this car if it doesn't sell in 12 months.

This shop deserves 5 stars. I know its a Hyundai dealership but I take my Honda here for repairs. They always get it right the first time, fix what's wrong, and send me on my way expeditiously. I appreciate a comfortable place to sit and wait, and the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. It's worth the 40 minute drive there and back to put my car in the hands of people that will do it right, every time.
