“Good gym - never too busy and always really clean. Plus with black you can bring a guest which is great - like two memberships in one. Only complaint is no racks (only smith machines) and no rowing machines. Tons of cardio equipment and decent options for everything else. Wish they had more dumbbells but usually not an issue, especially if you go during the day. Locker room is always super clean and the staff is nice!

“Took my first Cross fit class tonight to see what that's like, they have community class every Wednesday for people to try. And yes, it's not easy but I loved the coaching aspect. For newbie it was nice to have coaches correct and perfect the form so work out is a success ?”
