The washing machine is wonderful -- worth waiting 2 weeks for delivery. Very polite, friendly, and helpful staff, very accommodating. A welcome addition: free delivery and removal of the old machine -- a real incentive. Gil's appears to be a reliable and trustworthy source for appliances. Thank you.

I want to start off saying that the person I worked with at Gil’s made the entire experience a 5-star experience. I walked in and didn’t feel like I was dealing with a sales person who was trying to sell me on anything. He was just knowledgeable and that’s what I needed. He let me explain my situation and my preferences, and he gave me options. I bought our washer the same day because I felt equipped with all the info I needed to make a good decision. The price beat out Lowe’s and Home Depot because unlike those two, Gil’s offers free delivery, installation, and haul-away. This saved us a few hundred if you can believe that! I want to say a big “thank you” to Jake for making a daunting experience, a lovely experience instead.You won’t regret shopping at Gil’s, I know I don’t.(I swear not being paid for this review. I just really like to applaud great service when I see it, because there are places that aren’t so great.)

The washer completely died. Paid over 800.00 for it. Speed queen. Supposed to be made to last. Not blaming gills for the issue. I'm blaming manufacturing! Horrible but when you need warranty service, it takes weeks!!! Horrible!! Been waiting for repairs for over 3 weeks. Both the speed queen washer and dryer have failed in less than 3 years. Horrible.

Disappointed, very helpful and nice during the sale but if you have a problem after you are on your own. Anybody can be helpful during the sale but real customer service happens after the sale. Customer service is no better than the big box store.
