Sean and staff were very knowledgeable and responsive with the significant issues our family was having with our 9 year old sound system. He quickly responded to our request for support and got our system up and running after spending hours trouble shooting it. We appreciate the time and his expertise and now we can enjoy our backyard and in home sound system. This was done within a week of our call just in time for my military retirement party. I am very appreciative now to able to host a proper party with quality music. Thank you very much Flint audio for making all of this happen. We will definitely continue to use your local business in the future. Have a great summer, we know we will now with at our music works!

I am extremely happy with the service provided by Chase from Flint Audio - he took the time to explain and gain approval through each step of installation of the box in the wall in order to install my Frame TV. Courteous and polite with a great sense of humor - and was great with my dog! Thanks Flint from this repeat customer!

We had Chase and Elgar install 2 wall mounted TVs today and 1 Sonos soundbar. They were extremely efficient, detail oriented, very determined to center and level both TVs. Chase worked very hard to install the tv above the fireplace without any wires showing, I appreciate his effort and attention to detail. Elgar was extremely patient and walked us through setting up all the Apps. They were very neat and clean. I highly recommend them, they make a great team

Chase and Elgar did an excellent job installing 2 tv’s and a soundbar at our new house. They clearly explained to us every step of the process and assisted us with the downloading of all the apps we needed. We would definitely use them again in the future.

As a rule, I do not write many reviews. Flint Audio / Video is an exception to that rule. I am fed up with the big box stores and online retailers who seem to abandon you when problems arise.
I found what I was looking for at Flint and bought a 55” Samsung 4K Smart TV. All my questions were answered, I could see the product on display before the purchase, they delivered it for free, set the TV up, and took all the packing material away. The only effort on my part was taking out my credit card and scanning it at the store counter!
Great staff, competitive pricing, and friendly knowledgeable technicians. This is a family-owned business that has served the surrounding local communities for decades. One stop shopping with all the amenities. Flint is a retailer that gives you more for your money. When you call, they pick up the phone. No aggravating menus to navigate or long holding times listening to recycled music. When I visited their website, I was never asked if I was a robot.
Going forward, Flint will be the store for all my video and audio needs. A five-star experience from beginning to end.
