Front store worker CJ was absolutely rude talking about my family while I waited there for my pictures to be printed from our vacation. Using the words “ew” and “gross” about my family and I including making comments about my son and his father and I’s tattoos. It was disgusting and disrespectful listening to the way this child was talking about my family. The high horse and snooty attitude she continued to show while I waited watching her huff and puff at customers because all they wanted to do was check out. Giving them attitude when they asked her question was just sickening to watch. The fact that cvs has someone this atrocious working as front store employee is pathetic. She honestly should be fired considering this is probably not her first time being this ugly to and about customers.

I mistakenly called this CVS because I thought I have prescription with them. I get it that it was my mistake, but goddam, they were so effing rude. I'm so glad that I followed the reviews and decided not to send my prescription to these guys

The store itself is actually pretty good, however the pharmacy has really gone downhill. Staff seems overworked and pharmacy seems understaffed.Ive waited 1 hour and 15 mins for pharmacy staff to answer the phone and then was treated poorly. My advice: find another pharmacy.

Never answer the phone. Four tries not even a " good morning can you hold" . Just wait music. Long wait. Poor customer service/management.I moved all my prescriptions immediately to local Walgreens. No worries don't have to deal with them and its not that far to go to Walgreens.

Pretty typical CVS with one exception. Mary, the pharmacy assistant, always goes above and beyond. She gets 5 stars. Everything else about this store is par for the CVS course. Photo processing, self checkout, and let's not forget vaccination shots available. This site used to be 24 hours, but since covid lockdowns have never returned to its former hours. Drive thru available but closes for lunch break, so don’t get caught waiting.

Won't answer their phones. There's was one good person keeping me there, and it's still open and hour later than the other CVS, but she could't carry the weight of the whole pharmacy, so I went back to my original location (Still a CVS, but one that can actually do its job. And I know because my family fills there.)

This has to be the worst CVS unless they're all the same. The number of times they say your prescription will be ready by a certain time and it is not ready even after getting there two hours after the time they gave you is staggering. It's always the same, "it should be ready in 20 minutes". Just tell me to come in when I have the time to wait already because either way you're waiting. At least they would provide the courtesy of letting you arrive when you had 20 minutes to wait. Unbelievable.

It is was it is. It used to be 24 hours, which was great and needed for many on Aquidneck Island. Now, there is no 24-hour pharmacy on the Island. The pharmacy closes for lunch, which is very inconvenient, to be honest.

Not a fan of the pharmacy that is supposed to be 24 hours but is not anymore. The female ginger/brown haired pharmacist who works there most days also will tell you she cant do her job because there's other phone calls to take outside of yours and she is the only one working. She also likes to lecture you if you call in the meds early (because the system is never working properly and they like to give them to you weeks later than when they are supposed to be done).

On hold for 45 minutes to be hung up on by the pharmacy. Staff has been really rude the last few times I’ve been there. Switching to another pharmacy as soon as possible.

I never leave reviews but the woman answering the phone caught an attitude with me after they messed up my prescription and sent it to the wrong place multiple times. Switching pharmacies as soon as I can because apparently it's a common issue with this staff (both the mistakes, and the attitude over the phone.)

I have waited for over 30 minutes to reach the pharmacy on the phone. That is absurd. They also cancelled my script which had been transferred bc they said it was too soon to refill. It wasn't being filled twice in the same day. It was transferred. Where is the common sense here??

Worst pharmacy on the island. Crackheads can provide better customer service and are probably more reliable.if you have to choose between this location and death. Choose death.
