They screwed up my prescription, I had to call my doctor and my insurance co. ,To try and straighten it out. Finally after 3 days. Extremely rude there.
Mary is fantastic.
Changing my pharmacy immediately!!

Always have attitudes. Then they always say it will take from 9 am to 4 or 5 pm to fill 1 script . It's insane.

I've been going to CVS since they opened one of its first stores in Providence RI many years ago. All retail stores have their challenges but overall I find the Middletown branch staff to be helpful and accommodating both in the front of the store and at the pharmacy. Granted the pharmacy hours have changed over the past few years but this group is hard working and I've gotten to know a few of them over time. One time a pharmacist called me to tell me that I was allergic to ingredients in one of the scripts ordered and that was corrected. I plan to stay with this CVS store.. I am thankful for their service to the community and hope they are well compensated for their hard work and dedication.

The only people that make this pharmacy worth going to are Mary and Barbara. They do their best to help you with anything you need, and are always kind and friendly! However, the pharmacist Jean Lilly is extremely rude!! She will hang up the phone on you, on a provider etc..because she is "swamped" and she "has a lot of customers" (only 2 behind me at consultation desk) I mean, 9:00 am?! Isn't the consultation desk to consult? Horrible treatment from a pharmacist, absolutely horrible.

Barb at the CVS pharmacy is amazing and rhe only person I want to deal with. She is patient, kind and knowledgeable! I had so many problems getting meds filled for my Aunt and Barb was so patient!

I come here often, and there’s a girl who is currently pregnant working there named CJ who always has an attitude. Not just with me but others as well. From looking at some other reviews this isn’t anything new. Came in tonight, went to her register, no hi or nothing even though I said hello…she put all of my change on the counter even though my hand was right there to take it. What happened to good customer service?

Most expensive inventory on planet earth. Mary and Barbara, “window techs” are the BEST. Drive thru canopy should be demolished and replaced with open/closed LED lighting. Consumer Value Store? Not really.

I just changed to another pharmacy today after my experience at CVS in Middletown RI. I understand they close the pharmacy for lunch. But I was in line at 1:20 and at 1:27 they closed the pharmacy while I was in line and I was the next customer. When I went back later because I need my prescription, she said her boss said she could take lunch at 1:25. She did not apologize or care about me! So I found a better pharmacy who values me!

Front store worker CJ was absolutely rude talking about my family while I waited there for my pictures to be printed from our vacation. Using the words “ew” and “gross” about my family and I including making comments about my son and his father and I’s tattoos. It was disgusting and disrespectful listening to the way this child was talking about my family. The high horse and snooty attitude she continued to show while I waited watching her huff and puff at customers because all they wanted to do was check out. Giving them attitude when they asked her question was just sickening to watch. The fact that cvs has someone this atrocious working as front store employee is pathetic. She honestly should be fired considering this is probably not her first time being this ugly to and about customers.

I mistakenly called this CVS because I thought I have prescription with them. I get it that it was my mistake, but goddam, they were so effing rude. I'm so glad that I followed the reviews and decided not to send my prescription to these guys

The store itself is actually pretty good, however the pharmacy has really gone downhill. Staff seems overworked and pharmacy seems understaffed.Ive waited 1 hour and 15 mins for pharmacy staff to answer the phone and then was treated poorly.My advice: find another pharmacy.

Never answer the phone. Four tries not even a " good morning can you hold" . Just wait music. Long wait. Poor customer service/management.I moved all my prescriptions immediately to local Walgreens.No worries don't have to deal with them and its not that far to go to Walgreens.
