Correct, I did not come into the store (nor will I ever) my husband came in the store and had a horrible experience with 2 different technicians.
Both were misleading and dishonest.
After reading all the other reviews, we understand this is normal behavior.

Came there yesterday, because I did not want to take the drive to Apple in providence. My screen was broken and my speakers had lots of debris in them that i couldn’t get out. Originally came in only for a screen repair, but he talked me into getting speakers cleaned out. Phone looks completely new and audio is amazing. Prices were very understandable, and the process was very quick and smooth. Probably saved me half the amount i would have prob paid at apple. Next time I need a repair i’m going here

Within the past week I had need of repair to a phone that would allow a transfer of over 18,000 photos from my broken phone to my newly purchased device. The gentleman that helped me with this was a kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable individual named Ayman. Not only did he stay later than his normal business day in order to transfer the large volume of photos, but he was also to able to transfer a history of messages recorded from when my 94 year old mother was alive. These messages were reportedly not able to be retrieved according to other cellular phone employees from a different local business. Ayman said he should be able to retrieve them and took the phone and within minutes I was able to hear my late mother’s voice again. These are priceless to me. He refused my offer to pay for this service. Lastly, I would leave him a 10 star review if possible, but since I cannot, I would ask everyone to consider help making Ayman everyone’s “go-to guy” for phone repairs. May God bless you, Ayman.

iPhone Battery was below par and in need of being replaced
Charge was not being kept and web sites were not loading as a result.
However, Super Ayman, to the rescue-
A mere 45 minutes later, a new battery and one charging port cleaned out -
And I was back in business.
Thank you Ayman - you are truly the best!!!!

Just got my S20 Ultra 5g repaired here because of white screen of death issue that is going on around. I've had my phone for 4 years and took care of it, never dropped it. Yesterday morning I updated my firmware and all of a sudden got the wsod.
Thanks to these guys I got my phone back.

So greatful for the quick service! I broke my phone a few days back, and finally, the entire screen and lcd screen went. I called, and they said it would only take an hour to fix!!
They were extremely reasonably priced! were super nice and understanding and even gave me a warranty on my new screen. I would highly recommend them for all of your phone and tablet repairs! Thank yall ♡ I use my phone for my business so definitely needed it in a pinch!

Came in with an unresponsive screen and Ayman very knowledgeable and transparently told me what he could do. One hour later everything was fix and saved me from buying a new phone, definitely will come again for any problems or future purchases!
