Enterprise had a loaner there for me, Brianna kept me informed of the progress, the estimated costs and the expected completion date. The only silver lining to this unfortunate experience was the professionalism, friendliness, communication and excellent job that Crown did on Honda CRV. And it was done before the expected date. And Enterprise picked up the loaner when I picked up my beautiful repaired car. I highly recommend Crown Collision.”

“Bought my 1st vehicle from Langway and couldn't be happier. I was ready to give up after weeks of horrible experiences at various other dealerships lying about prices, charging 5k+ "market adjustments", aggressive salesmen holding me hostage for hours in their facilities trying to convince me to put money down right away. Langway was the exact opposite. Brandon was great. He remembered me from a brief phone call days prior and had both vehicles we discussed ready for a test drive. Made me feel comfortable...no games, no lies, no ridiculous upcharges or fees. Price matched what was online and under MSRP. Gave me fair value for my trade in and treated me with respect. Certainly not your typical car dealership. smooth process all around and would certainly return for service or whn a new car is needed. Highly recommend”

Still not a fan of them not finding my appointment and then calling me back to return to the shop when they did, but they did fix the problem with the fuel gauge and for a reasonable price. I am sorry I wrote the negative review and will definitely use them again. Mea culpa D&M!”

Great team here. Adam and Russ took the time to walk me through my options. Very patient, very professional. The price was the price so very straightforward there.
Their financing guy Mike is great and very helpful with explaining everything.
However, be aware of Navigant Credit Union - who they use for their financing. At the time of this writing (Nov 2025), it is a mess.
Taking a star off because their credit union and so people are aware. The amount that is due isnt clear from the credit union side, Navigant. If you want to set up auto payments, you have to go through one portal. If you want to see your balance, you can see that in another portal.
In order to make the Navigant account with them, they make you call their number. The credit union makes you use your social and numbers connected to your drivers license.
Got a good financing rate but the actual setting up the account and figuring out how much I owe was challenging and still not clear.
Not Langway's fault that Navigant Credit is not well organized. I would recommend looking at and considering alternative financing methods to save yourself the potential hassle.”

“I am BEYOND happy with the results. A dent from another car door did more damage than expected. A-1 Dents was able to get me in right away. After the work was done the dent was completely gone and looks as if it never happened. The picture shows the detail/measurements in making sure they got the entire issue. I dropped off and picked up same day, very smooth process. 10/10 would recommend.”
