if your living in the area or even are new here DO NOT waste your money or time coming here. The guy working there said they “love Mercedes Benz” meaning they get them all the time “fix them all the time” etc, so my bf had brung his Mercedes Benz too get looked at because it was stuck on limp mode. The guy got out his computer thingy to test it moral of the story we got charged more than $800 and he fixed exactly nothing. He said he changed the coolant cap because he felt as if the coolant cap would stop the coolant from leaking (didn’t work the other auto body had to give us another cap) all “new 4 spark plugs” that were burnt out less than 3 weeks after he had it (another auto shop confirming we needed another new set of plugs), and gave us a oil change (which we didn’t ask for) so Basically added things onto the tab we didn’t ask for and that had nothing to do with the actual car fix. we basically got robbed out of our money with initially nothing being fixed. I hope no one wastes their time here or has their money stolen from them! I’m sure they target young people considering we looked young ourselves.

This father son duo is truly what a mom and pop mechanic shop is defined as. They do their best and are constantly at their limits with the demand of this small town but pressure makes diamonds and all I see is gems. A lot of scrap cars come through here and give them a tough time but they keep it real and let you know every step of the process. If things aren’t going to plan they have no reason to lie about it, good business attracts good business and they’ve given me peace of mind on numerous occasions! Video of young Reed troubleshooting my issue on a test drive, phenomenal technician.

This business is now closed. Didnt bother to call and tell me that my van, that has been sitting on his lot for a month waiting to be fixed, will not be serviced. Such a disappointment after all these reviews. Set me back weeks on my move to base in NC. Thanks guys ?.

I made an appointment to have my car serviced. I show up promptly to a surprised looking person (who obviously knew I was coming by his comments) and said he couldn't do it today. Apparently, customers' time means nothing to these people. Many more professional places around town

I can Not say enough about Reed and his son! They are the most genuine, Honest, knowledgeable, super nice individuals I have ever met, with the patience of a saint! They always find time to fit me in and never make me feel like a pain even though I know I can be. They are very thorough, speedy and most importantly trustworthy. I highly recommend this family to anyone in need of repairs to their car!

Reed and company have taken care of my 2007 Jaguar XK convertible twice this year. I am so pleased to find someone right in town. Driving to the Jaguar dealer was inconvenient especially when many issues on a car this complex take more than a day and waiting for parts. And his prices are significantly below the dealer. He has done everything from determining why it wouldn't start reliably although the battery was new to replacing a broken aerial and burned out brake light. Also got the convertible top opening properly so the summer was top down fun. Definitely recommend them.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Reed and his crew are old school professional people who simply know how to get the job done.
