I had a button emergency on my suit in the middle of the day. I came in and Troy took care of it while I stepped out for lunch. Awesome tailoring work and outstanding customer service!

Troy is bar none the best employee I've ever seen. He goes above and beyond what is asked and he personally greets me even if I haven't been to the shop in a few months. His attention to detail is incredible and needs to be acknowledgeHe also helped me find a job at the ihop down the street where I have found gainful employment and I couldn't be more thankful

BEWARE: If you value your garments, do NOT send them here. Took 145.00 Tommy Bahama silk shirt with a stain and asked them if they can remove it, they said yes, forward 2 weeks and the shirt now had a hole (see pix). Owner states not their fault but said it did not have a hole when it was brought in, now its not wearable. No taking ownership of them making an error, coward owners, made clerk give me the info. Asked for 100.00 too buy another. Instead they offered 40.00 in credit ... why on earth would i go here again. I have been in Middletown 40 years and support locals, but not this time ... Aquidneck Cleaners are awful ....all my reviews are positive except this one.

Not only do they charge an expedited fee to get clothes back in 5 days (5days???!!!), but they took almost 4 weeks to repair a button hole on my jacket. Absolute joke.

Don’t bring your stuff here for any alterations! They hemmed 2 of my dresses one was hemmed with 2 inches of difference on opposite side and they managed to burn another dress. Then they claimed I turned them in like that and would not give me my items back until I paid in $50 charges. Horrible service and treatment.

I had a bridesmaid dress shortened and cleaned. The end result is satisfactory. It took a while but I was not in a rush. They didn’t call to let me know it was ready, so I had to check back in but the tailoring itself is fine and the service was not expensive.

A rushed order is still an order and should be completed correctly because the money is still being paid. There's imprints and creases in the clothes; not a clean look.
