“This branch of Santander bank in Newport is one of the most convenient for locals and tourists. It's located in the heart of Thames street where most of the main restaurants, shops and bars are located. I went to use their ATM but the location also offers in person branch banking services. If you are in Newport and need to find this bank, it's located a few blocks west of the Post Office building.”

“This credit union is my sole bank and has been in my family for generations. Now I want to say I travel across the country, i work in several states and sell my personal real estate with zero issues through People's. I dropped my big box bank that I always kept around for that 'what if' scenario, the times where I can find a branch if I was in a bind. But People's upgraded their app, everything is mobile and when I need them they have very fast wire transfers via a phone call. Bring banking back to the local level especially when the big institutions have shown us what they don't do for us.”

“This is the first place I went to open a checking account when I moved to the area. The branch manager, Lori, is a consummate professional, dedicated to delivering the best possible service and providing creative solutions. The other professionals at this location, Jill, Stephanie, just to name a couple are amazing. Everyone always has a smile and does their best to be friendly and helpful.
