“I am BEYOND happy with the results. A dent from another car door did more damage than expected. A-1 Dents was able to get me in right away. After the work was done the dent was completely gone and looks as if it never happened. The picture shows the detail/measurements in making sure they got the entire issue. I dropped off and picked up same day, very smooth process. 10/10 would recommend.”

The only silver lining to this unfortunate experience was the professionalism, friendliness, communication and excellent job that Crown did on Honda CRV. And it was done before the expected date. “Omg I love this place! John was amazing & went above and beyond great service! I’m writing him a thank you card as we speak and sending something for him and the office! I was in from California with damage on my rental car, heading back to CT after visiting cousins and backing up into a tree at St. Patrick’s Cemetery after visiting my parents grave there! Was with a good friend who came with me from my high school reunion! John not only fixed the bumper but got us in right away and was extremely fair on the price. “I wish I could give this place more than five stars. Best of the best. Kind and professional, answered all of my questions, had the work done earlier than I expected, and did such high quality work to my 2014 Ford Mustang that needed repairs after an attempted break in caused roof, window and hood damage.
My insurance company chose them for me, but I’m never going anywhere else now that I’ve experienced their exemplary customer service.

“I cannot say enough great things about this company and the staff. I was in an accident just before Thanksgiving week (Sunday) from the driver who picked up the car to the staff answering the phone several times during the time the car was in their lot asking if the insurance company has come yet and what the process is to get the car back to finally the driver brining the car to my house. I was ready to give up after weeks of horrible experiences at various other dealerships lying about prices, charging 5k+ "market adjustments", aggressive salesmen holding me hostage for hours in their facilities trying to convince me to put money down right away. Langway was the exact opposite. Brandon was great. He remembered me from a brief phone call days prior and had both vehicles we discussed ready for a test drive. Made me feel comfortable...no games, no lies, no ridiculous upcharges or fees. Price matched what was online and under MSRP. Gave me fair value for my trade in and treated me with respect. Certainly not your typical car dealership. smooth process all around and would certainly return for service or whn a new car is needed. Highly recommend”

“If I could give him 6 stars I would. I hardly ever write a review online, but when I get the kind of service I did I can't let it go unsaid. Barry was excellent, courteous, professional, personable, and got the job done! I am a do it yourself guy and I learn as I go. I hit a road block changing the oil on my 4Runner with the plastic casing on too tight for me to handle with the tools I owned. I already had the oil drained, car dismantled, and up on jacks. Rather than put it all back together, put the old oil in, and take it to get the oil changed, Barry came to me, took the casing off, and then helped me finish the job! He came very promptly after I called him too...truly above and beyond! Thanks Barry. We will be in touch soon I am sure for future work.”
