Outdated, halls had funky smell, the pool was very small. I will say the gym was very clean and equipment was nice just very small.

I have used this hotel on two occasions and also had visting family (who are very fussy when it comes to hotels) stay here. The property physical plant is excellent ... very new, modern and impeccably maintained. The customer service from the entire staff -- from management, front desk to the building staff and morning breakfast set-up -- was uniformly excellent. Polite, friendly, and ever helpful. And the location is incredibly convenient with a supermarket and food options across the street. All and all the perfect hotel experience. Highly recommended!Rooms: Very clean and modern.Nearby activities: Lots of food and shopping options immediately adjacent.

Stayed here 4 times, perfect every time. Clean, comfy beds, spacious rooms, bright and modern bathrooms, my go-to for a work trip. Front desk staff is accommodating and friendly at all hours.

Hotel rooms are nice, but the breakfast was poor serviced, April 15, 8.30am - there were no food, empty cuttlery, no staff. All customers were waiting their breakfast.Disappointed by Mariott.

King suite was very nice. Separate bedroom and huge bathroom with all the necessities. Bed was very comfy with nice linens also had a separate TV. Kitchen was fully equipped. Living area with pullout queen sofa bed was also very comfortable. Office desk also in the room. Plus a dog walking and business area out back was great. The whole place was emaculate, new, and guiet! Laundry room if needed, wasn't expensive like most. And the full breakfast had everything you could want. The staff was fabulous!! We stayed a week and would definitely recommend to anyone. All the shopping and restaurants right here. Thx for a wonderful stay

Giving the Residence inn by Marriott Providence Lincoln 1 star is generous. I had reserved a room in a wedding block 6 months in advance. The day before the wedding , I happen to be checking my emails and saw a strange email from the Marriott telling me that the hotel was overbooked and my reservation was canceled! The email honestly looked like a scam to call a fake number and give away your credit card information. I immediately called the Marriott directly to see if what I had received was true. They did confirm that they had canceled my room, which I booked with a wedding block and were moving me to a different hotel chain 10 minutes down the road. I no longer was going to be able to use the transportation that the bride and groom were providing, had to be away from the rest of the guests and I was in the wedding party! The poor bride was scrambling trying to fix their mess the day before her wedding. They had her in tears!!! Worst experience ever! I would not recommend using this hotel to anyone. 0/10

From the point when I called to see if If there was early check in availability until the point I left the property. Great stay, staff so humble and friendly. I must say Mel at check-in made difference. The check-in was nice a smooth. She went above and beyond. I travel for 5 hours and was going to a wedding. She was so helpful and made my check-n smooth and made it to the wedding on time. I was so impressed by the room modern, clean and the breakfast was included and it was great. Thanks for a great stay!!!

I got ripped off by this hotel. I would stay anywhere but here if you are looking for a hotel. I booked my stay online with them and I paid full price at the time of booking and about 10 days went by and there was a charge for $117 dollars on my credit card. The room was left spotless like we never stayed there. I called management at the hotel twice and I never heard back. Also, housekeeping swiped two of my mothers iPhone chargers while we were spending time with family on Easter. We had the chargers on either side of the bed and we used them the night before Easter and we came back after spending time with family and they were no where to be found.Update as of 3/7/23 (almost a whole year since our stay here)I have called the number that the owner has provided below several times and the people at the front desk take my information down and say they will give it to the hotel manager so that she can call me. I haven't heard from anyone from the hotel.

The rooms are reliably good, I have stayed here six times.The location is fine if you are familiar with the area, it may be a little confusing to newcomers.Service is fine. I had a small incident once with a desk agent who was a little rude (directly avoided eye contact, wouldn't respond to me in conversation - responding to my partner instead). Not a big deal, other agents at this location have been fine.

I found a new love for travel when I walked into the lobby of this fine establishment. I believe this location is one of the newest models of the Marriott Residence Inn recently completed within the past 2 years. This hotel still smells like the packaging was just pulled away, you know, like a new vehicle when the doors are opened. I hate to let it out, but this is my new favorite hotel in this area for business travel.
