We visited another local printing shop, and the for the options available, the price was outrageous.We are so happy we found DWRI Letterpress. We worked with Lois, who was a joy throughout the whole process. Even though our order was relatively small, she made us feel welcome (even amid the holiday rush they were experiencing).Lois sat down with us to pick through the many options for paper, color, and font. She sent us mockups through email, adjusting each aspect of the invitation until it was perfect. HUGE waste of time; can never speak to a human. I drove down the street to the Smithfield store location in hopes they could help. “Minuteman press is a top notch place! I cannot say anything but wonderful things about this place, especially Medicis. I went here when I was in a bind starting up my business and the first time I went in, I came out with some ideas and she was so helpful in thoughts about colors, sizing etc and got me on track to submit what I needed to meet my deadline. Today when I went back to get even more labels printed and although they were very busy, Medicis took her time with me, making sure everything was approved to my liking. Medicis is very patient, caring and excellent at her job. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you again!”
