First time doing business cards on my own and Marissa from customer support was a huge help in the process. She helped with my business card till I was satisfied and didn’t rush the process. They came out beautifully and shipping didn’t take long at all.

Moo is such an efficient company. I have done multiple projects with them now and each time has been a great experience - fantastic product, GREAT printing quality. This last recent project was 'user error' on my end (resolution, size, etc.) and they swooped in and saved the day on the back end. Thank you team Julian, Jourdan, Ashley and Karina! Not only did they help, but they were so nice, quick and super helpful.

Business cards and postcards are gorgeous once you get the CMYK conversion down. Greeting cards are terrible- cheap paper, lacking contrast and saturation despite being the same files - completely not worth the paper they're printed on.

I cannot say enough good things! I've used Moo for everything from printing for my business, to invites for my wedding! Their prices are sometimes higher than the competition (sometimes lower like in the case of their foils!) but the quality is honestly unmatched. The printing is always exceptionally clean, the colours are perfect, and they are packaged extremely well. They arrive on time, and the customer service is consistently great. For example - I ordered menus last night and this morning noticed I'd made an error, I contacted their chat and right away they had me send a new file (directly in the chat), immediately updated and sent me a proof, I approved, and that was it! It took 5 minutes total in one chat window with zero hassle. I would choose them over another printing house every single time!

What an excellent service and product. I ordered two sets of 100 business cards of the heavy Luxe 32pt card for an excellent price. I found a discount coupon online so price was even better.A few days later I realized a mistake I made one of the sets of cards. I called Moo, informed them of the mistake and asked if I put a second order will it be shipped together with my first one (I assumed it was too late to cancel so at least they will arrive together).They informed me that the first order was to be picked up that day. The person I chat with then sent me a coupon for free (!!) 100 32pt Luxe cards INCLUDING free expedited shipping to Montreal (!!!!). That was amazing.All cards arrived and they are of great quality and color.Great company!

Thank You. Thank You! Thank You!! The order for CJG Notary of RI LLC arrived yesterday. Placed the order 2/28/2022 after hours and the order was delivered on 3/5/2022. The card stock is beautiful. The quality is superb. The delivery is efficient. The packaging is creative, thoughtful, beautiful and unique. The box of business cards itself (wrapped in a ribbon and sealed with a waxed seal that reads "Designed by You and Moo") is sturdy and is another box. I will be handing my cards out over the next several weeks and will be ordering again.

Not only does Moo produce great products, but their customer service team is fantastic! Moo demonstrates great flexibility and service with their customers and clearly has a kickass team of service reps backing them up. Matt M. has been extremely helpful in assisting my company while we put in a request for a reprint of business cards [the color was a bit off the first time around]. He has kindly answered all my nagging questions and has done so in a timely manor. He has been more than helpful, but also delightful! Kudos to you Moo for hiring such wonderful people to back you up! I can't wait to come back to do more business!
