The management don’t even deserve 1 star they made a mistake on my account I get charged twice/ month no apology my bank made a stop payment on their fraudulent activities and they tell me to come and see her in person (the manager) because she’s start at 9 AM when I have been there every morning trying to resolve the most respectful way by the way she never returned my calls. All I can say when you have a manager like this girl the result will be trash for my end I’m waiting for my refund and will never go back to world of planet fitness more to come I will keep you posted .Very racist place and location by the staff members go and check yourself . No professional attitude!

I am a planet fitness member and I decided to check out the Lincoln Planet fitness since I live 5 minutes away. I am disappointed with how much equipment they have. Only 8 elipticals and there aren’t duplicate equipments, usually the other planet fitness I’ve been to have at least 2 or 3 of the same equipments. The only thing I enjoyed about this planet fitness is how amazing the massage chairs are.

Really a great place to workout. Management is very good. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Locker rooms and workout floor are relatively very clean.One thing that management has to enforce is the signs stating that all cell phone conversations will be done in lobby.It is so irritating when someone is using their phone to talk about absolutely nothing and it is done right next to someone using a machine.Or another person that can't read.. pacing the floor with their phone blasting away the conversation. I have been in other Planet Fitness locations and it's not the same.

Prior to this month I’ve had nothing but good things to say about Maxx fitness. Then without any warning whatsoever ever Maxx was bought out by another gym chain. Zero communication about this change until a couple of days after Maxx charged us for another months fees.

Great gym. The spin and fitness classes are awesome. The instructors are very enthusiastic, energetic, and make the workouts enjoyable and me wanting more. It is very clean and has plenty of great equipment. You can't find too many gyms that offer what Maxx Fitness in Lincoln offers. Staff is courteous and super friendly. I've been a member since 2014, and have had nothing but positive experiences at Maxx in Lincoln. Because of Maxx in Lincoln, I've been able to maintain my fitness goals. The Maxx in Lincoln is certainly a 100% better than any Planet Fitness!!!!!

This could be a great gym. Right now it’s adequate. I am former master trainer from LA Fitness, which was is the best, Due to injuries, I had to retire. But, your place would be much better with an older, experienced, staff, including experienced mature trainers who can make training enjoyable with reasonable pricing. I started out at your place but left due staffing politics. Your equipment is ok with few things needed. I recently rejoined as I live 5 minutes away. Pretty clean these days and a good value. Too many cardio machines still out of order though it takes way too long to get them repaired.
