If I could give ZERO stars I would. I got a suit dry cleaned for a wedding. Picked up suit on the Friday day before the wedding and once I got it home and discovered it was covered in glitter. Took suit back immediately and was told that there was nothing they could do and don’t wash on Fridays or Saturdays. The very unhelpful person said she would call the owner. 30 minutes went by and the owner finally called back and said all they could do was give me a refund and it wasn’t their problem. With the amount of glitter on my suit they knew there was an issue and just went with it.A very friendly lady at Mr USA cleaners in Pawtucket was able to get my suit re-cleaned and ready for 9am next day.Luxury cleaners are not to be trusted and the owner couldn’t careless about their mistakes or customers.

Absolutely awful service. Needed a Military uniform pressed and cleaned. When I picked it up it had more creases than it should, and more wrinkles than when I dropped it off. They used starch when I asked them not too. When asked if they could fix it same day they told me they do not operate the press on Thursday's. I'm glad they are giving the press a day off, but really?

I called like 10 dry cleaners this morning because I needed my dress dry cleaned before tomorrow morning. They were so courteous and said no problem. I was in shock at the amazing job the did. Thank you so much for your services! I will be a forever customer.

Manager super rude and has every excuse in the book! got a dress pressed there they charged me $20 after I already called the other stores and get quoted for $9.65. My first and last time going there.

I have been customer for Cumberland center for long time. Recently one of my 'THEORY" branded shirt was given for Laundry which has oil stains. Requested them to take extra care because of strain. To my surprise when I got the shirt it was torn and sorry note hanging on the short stating that strain could not be removed. When I collected along with other shirts, no one told me about this and I was shocked to see that it was torn during the process of keeping the shirt in the closet. next day when I went to the store, the attendant told me to talk to Barbara who is General Manager of Luxury Cleaners. Barbara was rude on the phone and did not understand the pain/ shock that I have undergone. she says the best she can do is to give store credit and not to replace it. It was a branded shirt that I have to throw it now. I feel they do not care for their customers. & customer service.

In 2002 I dropped off a suit to be cleaned. I went in a week later to pick it up and they said it wasn't back yet. This continued for a couple weeks. I finally got annoyed, and asked how long I would have to wait until they would reimburse me for the lost item. The manager kept telling me to wait. So after six weeks they admitted to loosing it. She said that I could have a $100 credit. I stated that was not acceptable and I needed a replacement suit. I still had the receipt for it and it was only purchased a few days prior to bringing it to them. I told her that the credit was useless to me because I only had that one item that ever needed dry cleaning and I only had this suit to attend a funeral. Plus, why would I bring more items to them when they lost the only thing I ever brought them. She stated that they never loose anything and they will only give me a credit and not reimburse me for my lost item. I called the BBB, but they told me that Luxury Cleaners already had a bad rating with them, meaning more than three unresolved disputes. I tried again several times to see if the suit ever showed up, and one time the woman (Barbra) yelled at me telling me not to call anymore, and that they would call me if it ever showed up. 16 years later and I still have not had a call back. Since then, I can honestly say, I've never had such a horrible experience with any other company or service since then, that award stays with Luxury Cleaners.
