Elite Gym is the reason I now feel confident - both to use machines in the gym and make my own routine, but also cause I feel so strong! Liz is incredibly encouraging and patient and also just super fun to train with. Great non-judgmental environment to learn in. So happy I made the decision to start training here!

I’ve been going to Elite Gym for almost 6 months and I absolutely love it! Everyone is so nice and supportive. I highly recommend this gym.
