Completely understaffed. No pharmacist on, just a tech, who told me she only had one. I called the doc to have the second one transferred down to johnstons 24 hr, who told me that target was now working on it. Idk why i bother trying to use this place at all any more, its ALWAYS something.

Horrible customer service! I have been with CVS for a very long time! The workers are rude, no common courtesy! I’m will be transferring my prescriptions to another CVS! Very unprofessional at this sight! Would like to hear from someone regarding this review! So much more to say

CVS' practiced customer service is mediocre at best. Latest example, my wife and I moved to a different town. Each of us independently transferred \"myCVS\" store for our Rx and had the same experience. We got passed around to call each store multiple times to perform a task with neither store just taking charge to complete the transfer from start to finish. Instructing me to call the other store is not customer service.

This is just a pharmacy inside a Target, so it focuses on prescriptions and pharmacist consultations. I went in thinking I could buy some CVS brand products in their drugstore but I was not able since all their drugstore items are part of Target.So, if you need a an RX filled or refilled, your blood pressure checked or to consult a pharmacist, this is the place to go closest to Lincoln Mall.

Tremendously bad automated phone call system. I was hung up on 3-4 times after getting through all of the cumbersome automated choices, which was a feat in itself. Also hung up on by the pharmacy agent after being on hold twice. Was put on hold for the 20 minutes that it took me to drive there in person & was still on hold when I arrived. I understand the impact of COVID & appreciate the staff that have been working during this time. Management could fix the phone system & staff accordingly or make adjustments just like any other business on busy days. It is a matter of health when a customer needs a prescription. I give them no stars today.

Worst customer service of my life . Gave me expired medication . Overcharged me . Told me get a different medications and it's not their problem it's not on stock . Attitude entire time. Stay far away . Saturday at 12 is shift with two rude girls

Bad, Lack of respect and customer service for the CVS pharmacy team. I was feeling sick, I had a question about two types of painkillers, I stood in front of the pharmacy register I Asked for help and one of the Pharmacists sent me away to the big lines on front while I was sick buying medicines. While this happened another employee Pharmacist was on the front just chatting with a friend and didn't bother to help me or asked another employee for assistance. If Was in front of a pharmacy asking for help is because I needed a pharmacist opinion on a medicines. They did not bother to help me when I needed.
