My furbaby is Maxx (Shih-poo) he is 8 years old. I've only had him for less than a year. I had him groomed at a groomer but when it was time for his second haircut, the groomer would not return my calls.I then called Cozy Quarters. I believe it was Jessica that took him and groomed him. . When she called to let me know he was done, I asked if he gave her a hard time. She said he is a tough groom. Now I know why the first groomer he had wouldn't call me back. I wish she had called to explain. I would have understood.I asked Jessica at Cozy Quarters if he will be welcome back and she said , yes of course. I'm so glad we found her. The prices are really affordable. I'm so grateful for Cozy Quarters...???

Hands down the best kennel I've come across!!! My dog stayed for 11 days and it was worth every penny!!! Friendly and very communicable staff!!! The property is gorgeous and very convenient!!! Not once did they make me not feel comfortable leaving my fur baby in their care and not once did they judge his breed!!! Hands down the one and only kennel I'll ever use again!!!

Just picked my golden retriever from a grooming at Cozy Quarters and he has never had such a beautiful grooming. I'm sure he was a handful. ?We also use them for boarding our 2 dogs and they always come home clean and happy. I highly recommend Cozy Quarters.

I called to request an appointment, left a voicemail and received a return call that same day. I called on a Wednesday to get an appointment that week and they had Saturday morning available, super convenient because I work during the week. My dog has extreme anxiety and Jean (the groomer) was very attentive to my dog was comforting. The grooming only took about an hour and half and when I picked up dog not only did, she look great and feel super soft, she seemed comfortable. (2 days later and she still is super soft) This was sooo reassuring because when I dropped her off she was panicking. High recommend and will most definitely be back!

Just picked up our two little rescues after a two week stay at the Inn. We were nervous because this was their first big time away from home since adoption 2 years ago, but could not have asked for better care. The staff knew and loved our dogs, shared photos and videos they'd taken and could tell us about their behavior. Our dogs gave them kisses before they left (they are typically a little apprehensive). Would give them 10 stars if we could.

Very friendly staff. My Pup is always calm and happy when I pick her up after grooming. That says a lot about how they treat and care for our fur babies.
