Cozy Quarters Pet Inn was founded in 1999 on the values of treating animals with the tender, loving care they deserve. Our founder, John DiCostanzo, wanted to make a place where your furry friends were always welcome and well cared for. That is why he wanted to live on the premises: twenty five acres at the end of a quiet road in North Smithfield, RI.
