Nick has been excellent to deal with! Any little hiccup to arise, he immediately takes care of! He’s responsive and super helpful! This is my first experience with a cable company and so far so good thanks to him!

Excellent service by Brandon ???He patiently listened to a complicated problem caused by an incompetent cox agent. He fixed my issue fast and for bonus points, he even lowered my boyfriends lower bill while he was there with me anyways. It was oddly not busy for a Saturday afternoon. My boyfriend came back on a Tuesday and it was so busy the parking lot was full and he had to sign into a queue and wait to be served.

I just got to thank Tracy I for the awesome customer service recently at the Lincoln store. I needed to add a new service and she pleasantly took the time to explain how it would work, the charges associated with it and set everything up for me! Pretty great for someone not so tech savvy. Thank so much for the great customer service!! hard to find in this world.

Horrible customer service and horrible sign in system. The staff won’t even allow you to ask questions about the wait time without giving you attitude. My disabled husband and I were attempting to return a router because we recently cancelled services with them. He went to ask an older female employee how long the wait time was because we were simply dropping off some equipment. We were met with a terrible attitude, and she cut my husband off multiple times telling us that “we needed to check in” before she would even bother speaking to us. We already had checked in, by the way. My husband asked why she was speaking with an attitude & she then told us she would not be serving us and asked us to leave. She had already decided when the interaction began that she was not going to help us—and to be honest, I felt a racist undertone to the whole interaction as my husband is not white. We had already cancelled services with them to begin with, but thank God we did. Someone needs to teach that woman how to speak to people as human beings and not just another sale.

Increased my pric3 by 58% then thought they gave me a deal when they gave me a price that was a 32% increase. They could car less about customer loyalty and retaining customers. Verizon was cheaper with a better internet more stable service. Cox is awful.
