I ordered 1 E - book & 1 book that cost me about 150dollars. My son can't use either of them because they said the code to open the E-book would be in the mail with the other book that we ordered.After 2weeks my son got a text saying that they can't process our order & to contact the bookstore. Every time we try to contact the bookstore they are closed & they still haven't returned our emails & phone calls.I can't afford ANOTHER 150 DOLLARS. WE ARE BELOW POVERTY LEVEL & MY SONS TEACHER WANTS TO DROP HIM FROM THE CLASS BECAUSE OF THIS. How is my child supposed to go to college & make something of himself with this happening. They should know how important the books are to the students. How is he going to do assignments without books!!??How is he going to maintain at least a B average without Books??!! They shouldn't be running a college bookstore if they can't run it in an efficient & responsible manner. People's lives depend on these college books. I need my money back to find the books elsewhere.

Never had issues finding what I needed. Prices are what's to be expected for a college when it comes to books. The only issue I have this year is how they changed the cataloging to the authors names instead of by course name and number as in previous years. Not fond of this current set up. The people who work there are still helpful, though.

It's my favorite snack place as well as a great place to get books. The textbook manager is the friendliest and the other workers just really add to the comfortable, chill area. Obviously some college books are pricey but after talking with the textbook manger a lot I learned that it's really the publishers of the books that push the price. My advice is to apply for financial aid and scholarships.
